I was thinking about this. So I dug it up.

Mhmmmmmm wait no what about Tzar! Bucky falling in love with peter, the son of one of his most brilliant viziers.

Like tony may be a brilliant strategist that bucky holds close to his heart, but he is just a commoner, even if he’s part of the dvoryanstvo.

He hadn’t seen much of peter in years, but when Peter got a break from school, Tony started bringing him to the palace to show him what business was like, because peters been away at university in France and tony wants him to gain some experiance in their field. Give him the upper hand to his competition.

And peter comes back the smiling young boy bucky remembers, sure, but he’s a grown young man now. He’s become refined, and well spoken, and as bright as his father. He’s charming, he’s captivating.

So he looks at tony. “May I pull you aside for a moment mr stark?”. And tony nodds even though he’s a bit confused and worried, mainly to leave peter alone.

“Is everything alright your highness?” “Oh yes, completely. I wanted to talk to you about peter”

“My apologies sir did he cause some trouble? Did he break something, or offend someone, because I swear he would never have meant to.”.

Bucky chuckles. “No, he’s been the perfect image of politeness and grace since he arrived. I actually wanted to ask for your permission to pursue peters hand in marriage”.

Tonys eyes possibly bug out of his head. Peter? His little boy, peter?

“You… you are interested in my peter?” “Yes, quite so. He is a captivating young man. I can’t stop thinking about him, to be honest. Since he got him, he’s all that I’ve been able to think about”

“Well, you’re going to have to talk to him. It’s his life” “of corse, I just wanted your blessing to do so” “well, you have it.”

So they return to the working room and peter had been standing around flipping through a book of Chinese history on one of the many shelves as other aids and dignitaries milled about. Look at him, with his cute little nose in a book. “Peter, may I talk to you for a moment?”

Peters heart nearly drops being asked personally by the tzar. He looks at his dad in panic who smiles softly and nods. It’s okay. “Of corse your highness”

So bucky starts down a similar walk like he took with tony, and he can see the young mans anxiousness. “You’re not in any kind of trouble, peter, quite the contrary” “oh-okay”. He can visibly see the sign of relief Peter let’s off, and yes, he feels bad. “Since I’ve last seen you you’ve grown into quite the young man, peter. Brilliant, well spoken, compassionate, handsome. Witty, kind. I’ve found myself quite taken with you the last few weeks”. Peters eyes widen in shock. The TZAR, James barnes, is ‘taken’ by HIM?

“What I was talking to your father about a moment ago is why I wanted to speak with you. Peter, I’d like your permission to court you. To pursue your hand I’m marriage.”

Peters gonna need a second.

That also works with the comm system too and if your AI ever goes down, but your suit still has power, I added a feature where you can alert me that you're on your own so I can intervene if need be

Peter: *pauses slightly as he's reading along while Tony's speaking* Wow, thank you Mr. Stark! That's just— wow! This really helps a lot, thank you!

Tony: It works for other languages too. The captions will appear in English

Tony: *signing in Italian Sign Language* Including other sign languages

Karen: *shows Peter captions in English*

Peter: *signing in ASL and excited* It worked! You said it includes other sign languages for the captions!

Tony: *signing in ASL and laughing* Yes, just don't expect me to know anymore Italian. I can speak it, not sign it
