We can now find shops at night! newsflash: my car is a veritable Flashlight On Wheels. And don't try to tell me the cost of staffing a supermarket overnight is greater than the overnight profits, especially since all customers are now cashiers. Stores are busier when they're open because they're closed when they're not open. When they're open, people go. It's your wallet vs the world. The culture of 24/7 shopping can't manifest unless you stop locking customers out at sundown. what does dollarama think we're doing at 9pm? sleeping? no no no. everybody is awake. everybody is scrolling through r/books because the thrift store is LOCKED. dolora is prenting we are asleep but it's all lies.

imagine witnessing the first ever time a manager locked a store. like huh i can't get in. "yeah fuck commerce now hehehe, no more money for me hehehe." like i literally can see loaves of bread and peanut butter through the window, you built a wholw bread store here so u could get my money and i go to the bread and all my strength can't open the front door. like 7pm 10pm, like oooo , like give me the key. if i made a store you can bet it would not even have a door on it. it would be very different, okay. In an enlightened future, a generation will be born that just expects businesses to take their money and not care about clocks or the sun or constellations etc because we have lightbulbs in this millennia and we know the earth is round and time is arbitrary.
