Okay, we've made a decision to make a whole new account for this version of Hobie -- Hettie has decided to make a few other Marvel RP accounts: (@taskingyouout & @goodgirlcosmo).

I, however, will continue this blog on a new account, because I want to start anew with this character (I'm not making another Marvel RP account cause I love Hobie so much), so once I created it, I will reblog this post with the account name.

Don't worry, I'll keep this account as an archive account, but it'll be active until I make this new account.

He hissed through his teeth, not from the stitch -- from the sass. Eyes on her, like watching a storm roll in just to see if it’ll strike him. "Didn’t realise gettin’ stitched up came with a roast and a threat. You always this charming, or am I just special?"

She tugged the thread. He definitely didn’t flinch. Just grinned wider. "Flirting with a sword-wielding doctor’s exactly how I wanna go, actually. Top-tier exit. Bang on. Put it on the tombstone."

And just as she leaned in again, he murmured: "Still not gonna stop winkin’, though."

If I let you stitch me up, you gonna charge me or flirt with me?

She doesn’t look up from the bloodied gauze in her hands, but her voice was as precise as the scalpel resting by her knee -- steady, clinical… and just a touch amused. "I don’t charge people who break bones in the name of justice. But I also don’t flirt with people unless I’m really sure they’re not just high on adrenaline and bad decisions."

She finally glanced at him over the rim of her glasses, one brow lifted like a challenge forged in steel and stubborn pride. "So unless you’re here for a tetanus shot and a conversation about emotional responsibility, I suggest you lie back, bite your tongue, and let the actual doctor work."

Pause. A slow smirk curved her lips "…But if you do wink at me again, I might consider giving you a lollipop after."

I flatten the hell out of it when I gotta go masked. Smash it down with water, tape, whatever’s at hand -- mask goes on after. Then I fluff it back out when I’m done.

how’d you feel about the first for episodes of the new dr who season?

Right. Been meanin’ to talk about this.

First off -- look. Love that they’re takin’ swings. Big ones. Proper scale, weirdness dialled up, finally leanin’ back into the sci-fi of it all, not just sad blokes in suits whisperin’ about the end of the world every week. That second episode? Trippy, messy, I was all for it. Could do with less of the shiny VFX and more grime, but that’s just me.

Ncuti though? Man’s killing it. Charisma off the charts, stylish as hell, and he brings this sharp edge I’ve not seen since Nine. You feel like he’s always thinkin’ five steps ahead but also flyin’ by the seat of his pants -- love that. He’s got punk energy. Not violent, but defiant.

And Varada -- Belinda -- solid. Wasn’t sure at first, but by the time that third episode hit? She’d sold me. She’s got this whole gentle-weird thing going on, but you can tell she’s got claws when it matters. And she actually asks questions, doesn’t just follow the Doctor like a lost puppy. More companions like that, please.

Still… not perfect. There’s a slickness to it all, like they’re makin’ it with one eye on the merch table. That fourth episode dragged a bit, felt more like setup than story. But it’s early days. If they keep leanin’ into the chaos and give Ruby her own agency, I’ll stick ‘round.

Could use more guitar solos in space, though. Jus’ sayin’.

Jpop anon here, you should try phantom siita :3 they’re a retro horror jpop group formed by ado that debuted last year, their first album girlhood memories is fully out and they just dropped a new song “Suki, Kirai”

They recently finished their first world tour, moth to a flame and are now working on a Japan exclusive tour

Oi, that one’s easy -- the stylish one. Sharp coat, sharp jawline, wicked accent -- bloke’s got taste and a moral compass. Real anti-establishment heart under all that charm.

Feels things deep but don’t let it rule ‘im. Walks into chaos with a grin and walks out with the system in flames.

He’s lounged across her makeshift exam table like he was backstage at a gig, not leaking red onto her last clean towel. Jacket tossed somewhere he won’t remember, shirt slashed, attitude intact. "Oi, Doc… that mouth of yours could do more damage than the shrapnel in my side."

He grinned -- all teeth and trouble, head tilted like he's trying to memorize the shape of her smirk. His fingers tap idly on his belt like he’s composing a rhythm just for her. "You sure you’re not high on adrenaline? You stitched up half a city last week and still had time to read me to filth like I’m a side effect in a medical journal."

He let the silence settle just long enough -- eyes flicking to the scalpel, then to her. Always back to her. "But alright then, go on. Stitch me up. I won’t wink. Scout’s honour."

He lifted his hand as if he’s swearing in, solemn for a whole two seconds before adding with a lazy drawl: "Though I might make a noise when you tug the thread. Could be a flirt. Could be pain. You’ll have to diagnose me."

He bite down on a piece of gauze like it’s a punk rock toothpick and offered her a wink anyway. Rules are for governments. And he was never played by either.

J-pop, huh? Hell yeah, I mess with some of it. Gotta admit, it’s got that playful, catchy vibe, but also some deep tracks if you know where to look.

Perfume is an obvious one, but there’s plenty of underground stuff I’m into too. It's got a whole other energy to it, but that doesn't mean I don't dig it.

Arcane? Now we're talkin'!

I did watch it, and let me tell you, that show’s a work of art. Favorite character? Jinx all the way. Her chaotic energy and that tragic backstory… proper punk in her own way. She’s like the embodiment of ‘gettin’ back up no matter what’s thrown at ya.’

As for my favorite scene, it's gotta be the one where she’s on the edge of madness but still fighting for what she thinks is right. You feel for her, even when she's up to some wild stuff. Top-notch writing.

Dazey and the Scouts? Never heard of ‘em, but if they’ve got that same unfiltered energy, I’m all for it. If they’re on the same kinda vibes as the punk bands I love, I’m down.

Marina? Yeah, I’ve heard some of her stuff. She's got some bold statements with her music, really digging that indie-pop edge. A bit more mainstream, but her sound’s still got that rebellious streak.

Chappell Roan? She’s brilliant -- voice like she’s got glitter and venom in her lungs, stage presence like she owns every floor she walks on. Bit theatrical, bit riotous, absolutely not boring. Got a kind of glam-pop-anarchy thing going on I can respect. Loud, queer, unapologetic -- that’s punk enough for me.

Landed in a timeline where the Avengers are corporatised, superheroes have PR teams, and some bloke named Tony Stark sold war machines before deciding to be a hero.

Weird vibes. Streets too clean. They’ve got tech everywhere but somehow no one's fixed the housing crisis. Cops still breathing down everyone's necks.

Met their Spider-Kid -- dead sweet, bit too eager to impress billionaires. Told him to keep his mask and his mind on straight.

Raided a Stark warehouse on the way out. Got a new guitar out of it. Vibranium strings.

Not a total loss.

Or did one day u found a guitar and you were like"imma do my thing"

Bit of both. Never took a class, never needed one.

Found a busted guitar in a skip when I was younger, patched it up with scrap and stubbornness. Didn’t know the names of chords, just knew what sounded like fightin’ back. So yeah -- I play, I just don’t do it properly. Which, in my opinion, is the proper way to do it.
