This is Alice, she's twenty and her playby is Ashley Holat. 

She's a runaway, sort of her boyfriend-ish/companion really did steal her away from her family one day and they've been traveling the United States ever since, getting to know each other. Probably not a wise idea considering the fact that she doesn't even know his real identity but yolo, right? 

Halbert Sound will be the 3rd place she's traveled to with him.

As for the situation with him, they're kind of cuddle buddies/friends/companions. She's intrigued and infatuated by him and there's an attraction or connection there but they're not quite..dating. Nothing has been said about it, only kisses and cuddles are exchanged sometimes ((and it's really sort of cute so cough cough if you're interested drop an ask)). Oh, except he's running away from something and making up an identity/past, keeping secrets from her, you know drama. :))

She's a curious little snowflake, hasn't seen much of the outside world, came from a small town in Washington, strict parents, you know the deal. 

Might be naive, but she is clever and quick to catch on. 

Artistic mind, is either always taking pictures, sketching in her notebook, drawing/coloring, doing something. 

Talkative, almost always in a cheerful mood

Though she's a sweetheart for the most part, there is a fire that exists within her and she's emotionally driven. Which can sometimes be bad, you can guess.

white wall, new jersey was added to the map in 1990 to catch plagiarizers in the map-making world. it started off as a small, speck in the woods, with two run down buildings. a small group of friends who ran away together claimed white wall as their own, and since then, it has flourished into a small town by the woods that only the darkest, most troubled souls know of. this paper town is a home for runaways to lay their old lives to rest, for vagabonds and gypsies to rest their feet, for criminals to change their name. while a safehaven for some, white wall is the kind of town that the soft skinned wont last a day in.

He's in a pact with 4 - 9 other people ((haven't decided yet either)) out of force after witnessing a murder. The group was started by the original 4 people who ended up accidentally suffocating a girl. They freaked, disposed of the body, and ran away. They ended up enjoying it and ever since they've been running to different towns and cities, picking one target in each place and only staying until the plan to murder them is carried out. 

Cullen's not-so-girlfriend ((he was gonna ask her to be okay)) was murdered and THE RULE IS YOU DON'T KILL MORE THAN ONE PERSON PER TOWN/CITY. There are also other rules but that will be a later post. So they basically kidnapped him and he's been in the pact for about a year now, oops tough life kid!!
