ngl really proud of this title card for part 2 (btw i think each "part" of interstice is like one issue of a physical short comic approximately. If I manage to keep it going narrative arcs will be arranged in chapters. )

A fireball tears the skyline in half. Green flames briefly blaze through the pixelated grass before they burn down to ashes. At the centre of the new crater something that was not there before appears wholly unscathed by the blast.

The silence broken, distant eyes turn to face the fire.

77770777 : If I recall... I met this guy in a red cloak in New LA and he told me all about this old door he'd found with an abandoned stash of magic items. So he gave me the directions to it (not cheap might I add). 0-||===Blades_Song===> : okay... 77770777 : So I found the door and I was really excited because leads like this are usually nothing! 0-||===Blades_Song===> : okay... 77770777 : So I went through and immediately started falling a terrible distance surrounded by miscellaneous detritus. 0-||===Blades_Song===> : garbage hole. 77770777 : Garbage hole. 77770777 : Eventually I passed out because of the pure dread and being battered constantly by old shoes and bits of piping and tires and stuff. I guess my fall was broken by the pile of trash at the bottom because I was barely injured, though being made largely of metal probably did help me in that regard. 0-||===Blades_Song===> : it can come in handy ( ˘⁠ —˘) 👍 77770777 : I was pretty unhappy though, being in a huge pit full of garbage until I saw it...
