   The reaper was trying, she really was, as it looked    like Yusuke had a rough time. It was clear, as her    smart remarks, received little response. Funny thing      was, she couldn’t really say when she had last seen    the young man, but she was happy to have caught    him nonetheless. Even if he was pouting, for what    reason, she could not say.

     Her smile returned at that, as she hugged the former detectives waist,      before returning to merely walking with him. Her arm remained around      his waist though, but she had grown use to the way Yusuke held her,      how they always seemed to end up holding each other. It was a      closeness she had forgotten from before, much like her former life      && who she had been. It was no secret that she was far from being      born a reaper, but that was her life now && Yusuke was the reminder      of what she forgot. 

     Still, she couldn’t complain, not when she still had Yusuke to watch      over. He was a capable young man, one that had surprised even      Koenma, but that said      She wondered how he was handling      everything he’d learned. Such as his lineage && the power he      held, from the line of Raizen. Absently in thought, she rested      herself into him more, but remained lost in her own thoughts.

     Her quick remark, held humor with a chuckle, but honestly ...      Why was he so concerned ?? Not that she could really blame      him, but she’d always hugged the detective. After all, he was      her favorite project && rather close friend, familiar. It wasn’t      a concept she truly grasped, until she met Yusuke Urameshi, funny      how that worked.

     She of course knew he would, always had && she was fine with it. After all      the mission’s the boy had been thrown into, Botan couldn’t blame him,      especially when mission’s always disrupted his vacation time ....      Somehow. Still, as she floated on her ‘ broom ‘ of sorts, she      couldn’t help offering a small smile. 

          ❝ Well, this mission shouldn’t be too hard ...              Just some high level demon’s, running a              muck in the next town over && Koenma              wanted you to remove them. They shouldn’t              be too hard for you, there’s only two this time,              thankfully. ❞

     Even as she debriefed him, on the mission, Botan wouldn’t be off that      easy. She had been sent with a special item, the one of which sealed      these demon’s before && Koenma wanted them back. A side from the      obvious reason’s, these demons were thing’s of stories && with Yusuke      being the only defense in the human world, it all rested in his hands.

     Botan knew of Yusuke’s vacation time, but was always      the messenger of bad news      Sadly.
