I don't talk about it much but she does have a thin layer of slime over her body to keep her moisturized since she doesn't "sweat", as it were. It keeps her from drying out but also means that she is naturally 'gooey' to the touch, meaning there is some resistance when you pull away from her. Though it's even thinner on her hands/head, it's more prevalent beneath the dress. Meaning, yes, she's dripping with it.
