make an effort to engage with inspirational, uplifting, or otherwise motivational media. if a person tells you to go outside for example, you might be resistant, thinking of all the assumptions they might be making. the accusations. the circumstances they might be ignoring. it might be a reflex to resist. but when a movie shows you how cool it feels to just be outside, that motivation comes from within, and is easier to accept. the movie does not care who you are. if the message feels good, you find a way to apply it to yourself because you want to apply it. you want to absorb it. you made the choice to accept the motivation or the inspiration, and figure out for yourself how to utilize it in your own life. because you want to, not because someone told you to. and now you have some fresh motivation. all you have to do is sit there and watch

goose game is largely based off of children’s programs showing diversity and people going about their daily lives so I really want a wheelchair. I would be so happy if there was a wheelchair user in the goose game

it really irks me how people push for celebrities to come out and are like “they are lgbt, they are just not telling us” and repeatedly commenting on photos and speculating about their sexuality

here is the thing. that’s a real person. it’s not a storyline being written for public consumption that you can headcanon about. these are real people. maybe they are lgbt+, maybe they are straight - who cares. and who are you to pry and ask celebrities to out themselves if they are not out.

it’s fucking ugly especially since a lot of us know how it is to have people speculating about our sexualties or asking invasive questions when we were/are not ready to answer them. and it doesnt matter if they are a celebrity or not, don’t do that to others when it would literally make you uncomfortable or anxious if that was done to you.
