Leben
Ich bin noch da
an alles was ich hier verewigt habe.
Ich liebe dich für alles was du bist, für alles was du nicht bist und für alles was du noch werden darfst.
danke für alles

“I am slowly learning that some people are not good for me, no matter how much I love them. I deserve someone who is gentle and kind, because my soul is getting tired. Realizing that I deserve something good is one of the first steps.”

self reflection is a good thing but too much self analysis is so exhausting. constantly questioning your own motives and how you’re being perceived and whether or not you’re being real and what’s authentic leads to such a convoluted mentality like. u don’t even know who you are cause you just end up being a case study and not a person. i just want to let myself move through the world for a moment

To New Spirit Workers/Companions/Psychics
In general, everyone has some kind/level of psychic or intuitive ability. So if you feel like a failure because you don’t seem to have any of the extra “senses”, just remember that often times people shut down those extra senses because they’re scared.
Kids who had innate spirit sensing/communication abilities often suffer from horrific nightmares and encounters when younger, so they beg and plead and make  their own child magick until the skills are suppressed.
Other people suppress their empathic abilities with drugs and alcohol and other addictions to help ease the strain.
Maybe you were raised in a heavy religious environment that frowned upon your skills, so you learned to ignore them until they finally seemed to vanish entirely.
Whatever the cause of them falling by the wayside, You still have those skills. Even if you barely remember them, or didn’t know what they were until now, they’re still there, inside of you, waiting until you allow them back.
In my own experience, I’ve found that doing a lot of shadow work and then creating a safe and healing mind set for yourself is enough to bring back your gifts. It’s not easy to undo our own mental programming, but it’s possible.
Keep trying everyone! I believe in you!

worrying about tomorrow only takes away from the little precious moments today has in store for you.
relax your shoulders, steady your breathing, and unclench your jaw.
you will be okay.

what bravery looks like:
being able to look your personal demons in the eye and saying no.
realizing your limits, taking a break, and taking care of yourself.
remaining hopeful and patient for things you want.
forgiving yourself. and others, even when an apology is not given.
