i just thought about jim singing burnin’ up by the jonas brothers at spock, like he’s full on dancing across the bridge, poointing towards spock, shimmying all over the place, belting out this song, basically doing The Most™ and all of it is just to amuse spock because he was feeling down earlier that morning when they woke up. and spock’s obviously trying to hide a smile and jim is just having a great time
