Spongebob's ecstatic when he finds something that reminds him of home—other fellow sea creatures! Though they're not like any eel he's ever seen. ...He's also not sure that he's ever seen anyone have eels as pets before, but there's a first for everything!

"Aw, are those little guys your friends?" They're decidedly not little (but ARE adorable, in Spongebob's eyes), "...Can I pet one?"

He's walking down the street when he spots something small on the ground in front of him. Good thing, too; he almost stepped on it— An action figure? Actually, on closer inspection...

"Gasp! A tiny person!" Spongebob bends down to get close to their level, "What happened to you, little guy?" In his mind, some kind of "small-ification" ray must be involved. But more importantly—

"...And where did you get such an appropriately sized cowboy hat?"

Spongebob notices something on his walk; some kind of special device that he's never seen before. It's familiar in it's mechanism, but also new to him; he can't help but be curious. He reaches out a hand to touch it, unfortunately not taking into account the owner of said mysterious object until they turn to notice him.

Oops. It appears he's been caught.

"My apologies, miss! I've just... never seen one of those before. What's it do?"

Those strange people were nice enough to give him a place to stay and even took him there, in what he assumes to be a new fancy kind of boatmobile, right before throwing him out onto the cold, hard, unfeeling ground. So cold... He decided to leave Gary there until he can figure out what to do next; it's too dangerous out here for his Gare Bear, after all!
