I think I actually stopped watching Rick and Morty for a while from 2022 onwards because I remember watching Season 5 in Early 2022. It wasn't really out of anything serious that made me stop watching I think I had just lost interest and so I didn't see Season 6 and 7 when they aired. But I am pretty much all caught up and have even seen a bit of Season 8.

That's true, but I also figure he calls him just Rick because most of the time in the situations Morty is in with Rick are life or death and he has to yell the quickest one syllabel way of calling his Grandpa. But yeah Morty is pretty chill with Rick due to how much time they spend together and Beth did say that Rick was his first actual friend.

Has anyone else noticed how Rick behaves more like an older brother to Summer and Morty than their Grandpa?

The situation in Gaza is catastrophic in the literal sense.

Every day, at least 100 martyrs fall — and the world knows nothing about them, half of whom perish while chasing the so-called American aid.

There is no cash liquidity in the Strip, which has led to a severely inflated rise in prices — for example, one kilogram of sugar now costs $100.

Hunger is ravaging the bodies of both children and adults. People are emaciated, and those with chronic illnesses are dying due to the lack of medication.

In Gaza, obtaining a single kilogram of flour can cost you your life.

What is happening in Gaza is beyond description, and what is being shown in the media does not represent even 1% of the reality.

Gaza is dying out of the world’s sight.

Today, I want to ask that you spare some time and attention for the Shamaly family @familymajed2. They have been fundraising to survive the ongoing genocide in Ghazzah for over a year now. Unfortunately, donations have been exceedingly slow, often stopping for days or even months on end. Because of this, they have yet to reach even 30% of their total goal.

The Shamaly family is large, and includes over 15 children. Some of these children are being taken care of by their aunts and uncles in the family, as their father was martyred, leaving them orphaned. These kids have had to grieve the loss of a parent while suffering through hunger and fear of bombing.

Necessities like food and shelter are extremely expensive in Ghazzah right now, and aid is very hard to come by. The Shamaly family needs your help to get necessities to stay alive. They deserve food, safety, life. I ask you to donate, help them to live and get what they need. Even a small donation can make a difference.
