Hi! Do you have any tips for new 3DS?
i'd honestly suggest that you try to not fall too deep into the 4n4 mindset if this is something new for you. it takes a huge toll on your mental health and it can so easily take over your life. try to back out and lose weight healthily if there's still a chance for that!
but either way, don't force yourself to jump right into the deep end. do research on c4lorie deficits, different diets, macronutrients, and figure out what is going to work best for you. set attainable goals, exercise, drink a ton of water.
if you're completely new to dieting and trying to lose weight, i'd recommend downloading a c4lorie tracking app as a first step. eat completely normally for a week and log your c4ls, then figure out what your average intake is per day and subtract a few hundred from it. then try to stay under that number for the next week. you can keep decreasing your limit if you want to see faster results, but take it slow at first!
also, exercise is super important. try to just go for a 30-min walk everyday, or a bike ride, or find a yoga/workout video to follow along to. just make sure you're moving your body when you can.
i think the hardest part about trying to lose weight, at least for me, is self control. it can be super hard to stick to your goals, and it's very easy to fall into a cycle of restricting, b1ng3ing, guilting yourself, then repeat, which is why i strongly suggest starting off slow. don't put too much pressure on yourself or it will only make things harder. create a very clear goal, something you can remind yourself of when things feel hard.

salmon and broccoli

“Why do I eat little, but still can’t loose weight???”
Because your body is not ready for low calorie diets.
If you’re only starting, do not immediately jump from eating normally to 1000, 600 or any other low cal diets.
Trust me, it’s much better to have a proper dinner(or just eat something full filling) at least 3 hours before sleep so that your body has the time to digest food, then not eating anything at all, binging at night, and waking up bloated.
Take it slow.
Have three meal a day, don’t snack, don’t binge, loose the weight.
Only then you can start making your portions smaller or even skip food without getting bloated.
Let your body adjust, It’s gonna get easier.
