We have just digitized our copy of The First Six Books of Euclid by Oliver Byrne (1847) which uses diagrams of intense color as an aid to learning geometry. Although it sold poorly at the time of publication, it's recognized today as a masterpiece of design and printing.

um this doesn’t look like much but its bonkers good! roasted eggplant pasta sauce 💞 // slice an eggplant in half lengthwise and make a few sloces in each half, salt, and let sit for about 30 min, while preheating your oven to 400F. after 30 min, squeeze out excess water from your eggplant, oil it up, and place on a baking sheet w parchment paper flesh side down and roast for about 40-50 min (should be soft and almost caramelized looking) meanwhile cook your favorite pasta and chop up 3-4 cloves of garlic and a bit of white onion. saute in a nice amt of vegan (or reg) butter until they soften. scoop out your eggplant and add into the pan, then add in more butter coconut (or reg) cream, and a cupful of your salted pasta water. then add in nutritional yeast, paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, dried basil, chili flakes, and vegan (or reg) grated parm. add in your pasta and toss to thicken. it is sooo rich and sweet and creamy and heavenly!! ❣️🌟
