Eleanor Clementine

Eleanor is a modified human and is the greenhouse keeper of Moonieght’s council. She met Henrik before Moonieght rose and the two of them were great friends as children. As a child, Eleanor lived with her father. Her parents divorced a few months before she was born. Due to this, Eleanor is used to taking care of responsibilities and doing little chores. Once she met Henrik, they got their modifications from Henrik’s father Ambrose together. Shortly after their modifications, they began to date. Eleanor isn’t quite a member of the council, but she takes care of nature around the city of Moonieght and makes sure that everything is in tip top shape. She’s very caring and motherly, and enjoys quiet mornings in the council’s greenhouse just outside the city hall.

Beatrice Blue

Beatrice is a modified human and is the museum curator of Moonieght’s council. Before her modification and the rise of Moonieght into the sky, Beatrice lived alone. Her parents were often too busy to help her pursue her career as an artist and they didn’t support her until she admitted to them she wished to work in the council instead. Even after her parents wished to help her, Beatrice decided she wanted to move out. She worked on her artist hobbies on the side while occasionally visiting auctions. After the city rose, she talked to Ian (while he was still human) for help with her modification. The two of them are human minds inside of robotic metal shells. Beatrice is energetic and playful. It’s difficult to get her upset, but she can snap. She has a soft spot for Ian since they made their modifications together.

Milo Kameron

Milo is a modified human and is the head of education in Moonieght’s council. As a child, he lived a simple life with both his parents and his little sister Mackenzie. Milo’s parents were often busy with their own work, so Milo often found himself homeschooling his little sister during the day. Milo possibly had the most dangerous experience of modification. He tried to do it himself. He was only able to mess with his eyes. While he adjusted one he ended up losing the other. After the city took to the skies and Milo was hired to the council, he kept in touch with his family. They still live in the city. Milo is a bit cheeky, and a prankster on the outside, and has a growing ego. However deep down he makes sure to call his little sister everyday. He doesn’t like the council knowing he cares about them.

Ian Floyd

Ian is a modified human and is the head of technology in Moonieght’s council. While he isn’t the youngest of the council members, he was the last one to join. Even after Moonieght had rose to the skies, Ian had not yet become part of the council. This is because someone already had the place of head of technology. The woman who was in charge of Moonieght’s technology was Cadance Floyd. Cadence adopted Ian in an orphanage after he had been there for almost a decade. She raised Ian to be her successor and the two of them worked day and night to finish Ian’s modification. After his modification was finished he was transferred to his new robotic body (which was much shorter than his human body) and Cadence retired, allowing him to take her place. Ian has a determined mind set, and has difficulty putting a project down. He’s stubborn to the point where he tends to lash out if someone tries to change his mind.

Fiona Eurig

Fiona is a modified human and is the secretary of Moonieght’s council. She was employed in the council after she had been modified. Her modifications were not done by Ambrose, but by her husband Hector. Unfortunately, Hector didn’t wish to be in the city when it rose to the skies. His opinions were that of the negative and he wanted Fiona to stay on the ground level with him. However, Fiona had already been accepted into the council. The two of them parted ways. Ever since the city rose the ground level below it has become somewhat chaotic. Fiona often worries if her husband is even still alive. Fiona is quiet and reserved. She often hides herself away in her office, but deep down she hopes someone will talk to her.

Morris Reginald

Morris is a modified human and is the taxman of Moonieght’s council. He worked for Henrik’s father Ambrose before the city of Moonieght took to the skies. At the time, Morris had not been modified. After the city was raised, Henrik took Morris to see his father for the modification. As a child, Morris was raised by his parents in a well-mannered household along with his twin brother Marcus. His parents died from illness before the city rose to the horizon, however his brother is still alive and well. Morris was born mute, but is fluent in ASL and has memorized morse code (he taps his fingers with it to communicate as well). He is a well-mannered gentleman with a calm attitude. Morris has a soft spot for his family and holds Fiona (the council’s secretary) close to him like a sister.

Henrik Baldwyn

Henrik is a modified human and is the head of Moonieght’s council. Long before the city of Moonieght took to the skies, it was ruled by Henrik’s father Ambrose. In a scientific experiment gone wrong, Ambrose accidentally killed his wife. He took to perfecting his city and continuing his experiments, all the while making sure his only son Henrik followed in his footsteps. After Moonieght took to the skies, Ambrose finally retired his role as head of council and passed it down to Henrik. Henrik rules over Moonieght with a watchful eye for perfection while his father Ambrose, despite being retired, still works on his scientific modifications on humans. He is the one who modified the majority of the council. Henrik is a gentleman, however, he is a bit smug and also a perfectionist when it comes to the order and law of ruling over the city.

Ryan “Orion” Astera

Ryan “Orion” Astera lives on the surface of earth, away from the floating city of Moonieght. He and several other people didn’t make it to the city before it lifted off, and thus, were left stranded on the ground floor. Before Moonieght took to the skies, Ryan lived there as an astronomer. When he wasn’t within the city when it took flight, he was left on the ground floor. Ryan spent a majority of his time studying the stars and making maps of the ground floor before he came across a group of other survivors. He was taken in by the group and together they live on the ground floor. Ryan is cold, logical and easily irritable.

Lucas Lyon

Lucas is a human that lives on the surface of earth with his sister, away from the floating city of Moonieght. He and several other people didn’t make it to the city before it lifted off, and thus, were left stranded on the ground floor. Before Moonieght took to the skies, Lucas lived there as an explosives expert with his sister. When they weren't within the city when it took flight, they were left on the ground floor. Lucas spent his time with his sister pranking and tinkering with hunter robots on the ground floor, surviving and having a good time. Eventually Lucas and his sister Luna encountered Ceris and Nicholas, and the four of them decided to form a group, and survive together on the ground floor. Lucas is a prankster, a rascal and a bit annoying.

Ceris “Ceres” Ursina

Ceris “Ceres” Urisna is a human that lives on the surface of earth, away from the floating city of Moonieght. She and several other people didn’t make it to the city before it lifted off, and thus, were left stranded on the ground floor. Before Moonieght took to the skies, Ceris lived there as a tailor and clothes designer. When she wasn’t within the city when it took flight, she was left on the ground floor. Ceris spent her time hunting for shelter on the ground floor before meeting up with Nicholas. The two of them promised to protect each other from any danger. Ceris is preppy, daring and silly.

Nicolas “Nitro” Hertz

Nicholas “Nitro” Hertz is a human that lives on the surface of earth, away from the floating city of Moonieght. He and several other people didn’t make it to the city before it lifted off, and thus, were left stranded on the ground floor. Before Moonieght took to the skies, Nicholas lived there as an automobile engineer. When he wasn’t within the city when it took flight, he was left on the ground floor. Nicholas spent his time on the ground floor beating up hunter robots and surviving alone before meeting up with Ceris. The two of them promised to protect each other from any danger. Nicholas is determined, sassy and a bit of a jerk.

Taluss (T-13)

Talus is a broken rebellious robot. He once served as an actor back in the floating city of Moonieght before he malfunctioned. When he malfunctioned, he was thrown to the trash ridden earth below. Eventually, he met Wynfrith, who he vowed to protect and promised they’d return to Moonieght together. Talus is optimistic, goofy and loves to make jokes in the most hopeless of times.

Wynfrith Luterio

Wynfrith is an escaped test subject from the floating city of Moonieght. After fleeing from a nearly lethal lab experiment, Wynfrith found himself back at ground level on Earth. His goal is to climb his way back to the floating city from the ground level and find safety. To do this, Wynfrith is forced to hide from the robots that are looking for him, while a rogue scrap robot named Talus guides him around the ground floor. Wynfrith is timid and easily frightened by his dangerous surroundings, but when the time comes by, he does his best to be loud and brave.

Bass

Bass is a species of musical clef that runs a bar with her partner in crime and husband Treble. Together they invite musicians around the world to play music on stage at the restaurant. Bass reassures musicians that they don’t need to stay for too long, and can always return another night. Bass is quiet, loving and sweet, wanting all guests to be happy during their stay.

Treble

Treble is a species of musical clef that runs a bar with his partner in crime and wife Bass. Together they invite musicians around the world to play music on stage at the bar. Treble tries to lure musicians to staying in the restaurant for days at a time. The longer they stay, the more money the restaurant is paid. The musician gets none. This was the motive behind capturing Spark: a dancing robot that could be controlled by music and never leave. Treble is mischievous, charming and convincing, making sure new musicians always feel at home.

Iris

Iris is a robotic guard and librarian assistant to the all knowing knowledge eye, Congnitionis Oculus. There are many other robots Iike Iris to protect the library’s knowledge and ultimate power source. Iris has been through many adventures after he met Wretchen and Spark in Treble and Bass’s bar. At one point he was even forced to turn himself in to Lord Hater, lost an eye to him, then programmed to target Spark in hopes of killing him. After going insane from losing his other eye, Iris decided to shoot up the library he once protected. He failed in his attempt, getting captured by Congnitionis, being given new eyes, plus a third one to make sure Congnitionis can see what he’s up to this time. Iris is silent, determined and his sanity depends on how many of his eyes he has.
