Hey, just wondering if this is still active? I'm mainly curious to ask if you follow any bluegrass musicians on Facebook (I'm following Normand Paul of the Canadian band The Stoney Creek Bluegrass Band to see if he has a digital copy of the lone album he and his band did back in the 80's; if you Google The Stoney Creek Bluegrass Band – "Remembering" Reno & Smiley, you'll see information on the album from a few websites. I mentioned this album in the past, but I wish to mention it again now that there is information about it available on Google).
Sorry but I don't have a copy of that. I've pretty much stopped posting to this site. I'm 71 now and am taking care of my brother with Down syndrome who is 62 and in hospice. Life changes! I still have a ton of hard drives and backups of all my transfers. Thanks for the inquiry.

were mdo I find Steve T music
I haven't posted in a while. You can go to my old posts using a computer not a phone. Click on the word Enjoy. An archive or zip like file will download to your computer. It will have all the songs in mp3 format, jpgs of the front and back of the cover, and an information file that will have the album title, musicians - if listed on the cover. If you do face book look for Take's Bluegrass channel. He puts all the songs in one audio file and has a restricted youtube page that you have to become a member of to listen. Much more than my transfers are on there.

I’m so sorry to hear about CoVID. I hope you have a speedy recovery. Is your wife ok?
I’ve never had pneumonia, I had it brought on by the covid.  I’m now on blood thinners and other meds.  My wife and 91 year old mother got it but it was gone pretty fast for them.  I gave away the last 10 milk crates of vinyl records.  They went to  Jan Johansson.  If you don’t know him - check him out on facebook.  I did order Green Mountain Bluegrass vinyl and will post it when it comes and I get time to work on it.

Hi, first of all thanks a million for this blog. It's given me an incredible amount of great music to listen to and material to learn banjo from. I was wondering if you might happen to have a copy of the second volume of "The Bluegrass Band" Once Again, From the Top. The first album is amazing and I've been learning a lot of Butch Robins playing, especially the back-up which you can hear really well. - Brandon.

CLARENCE WHITE AND THE ROOTS OF BLUEGRASS GUITAR IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
CLARENCE WHITE AND THE ROOTS OF BLUEGRASS GUITAR IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
© 2018 By Wayne Erbsen
In the early sixties, I lived within earshot of the Ash Grove, a legendary folk club on Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood. As I recall, Monday night was called “hoot night,” and the house band was “The Country Boys.” When I first heard the band in mid-1962, it consisted of Clarence White on guitar, Billy Ray Lathum on banjo, LeRoy Mack on Dobro, and playing bass was Roger…
