I hope you guys are paying attention to those who support the genocide of Palestine.

Especially the ones in Hollywood. I hope y’all stop supporting and worshipping these celebrities who have proven time and time again that they value money, profit and fame over human lives. I hope y’all looking at their lifestyles as attainable and start condemning them for the exploitation that led to them being where they are.

And in terms of businesses. Don’t ever buy from Starbucks, McDonalds or Disney (or any businesses they own) in general. All of these cooperations are expecting this to blow over. They’re expecting you to forget within a few weeks, but keep boycotting. Support your local businesses.

And lastly, keep Palestine, Sudan and Congo in mind. Spread word. Keep spreading word. Don’t stop mentioning it to people.

To each their own! However, if you find yourself dissatisfied with the administration or the operational aspects of a role-play group and decide to embark on the journey of creating a similar group, that's perfectly acceptable. Diversity and growth are always welcome. However, let's emphasize the importance of originality. Replicating and pasting plots, servers, Tumblr pages, and the like is not conducive to fostering a unique and vibrant community.

Furthermore, engaging in disruptive behavior within groups with the aim of playing a popularity game is not the way to go. We are here to write and create, and if you cannot extend the courtesy of respecting these spaces, then you may not be the intended audience for what we [admins] are trying to achieve. I encourage you to review my pinned post; the essence of MY mission remains unchanged. I have even assisted individuals in establishing their own Discord RPG servers and provided ghostwriting support. This is not a competition; it is about revitalizing our community.

However, it's essential to remember that our community is defined by its people, not just the role-plays, plots, or platforms. Whether you have been a part of this community since 2012 or have recently joined, it is high time we begin the healing process. The pervasive negativity is depleting our resources and hindering our growth. We cannot construct a solid foundation when individuals from within are undermining our efforts. As my father always said, 'Just because you've graduated doesn't mean you should go back and burn the school.' In other words, if something isn't working out for you in the urban RP community, it doesn't justify spoiling it for others.

Let us bring respect, morals, and a sense of community back into our fold, or if that cannot be achieved, perhaps it is time to let go and allow positive change to take place. We have all experienced highs and lows, moments of nostalgia, but we are no longer children. It is time to embrace maturity and focus on what we know we should be doing.

With all that being said, Dallas Reel Life HQ will be my final role-play project, and it will only be open to those who genuinely want to engage in creative writing. I will not endorse poaching, bullying, cliquing, or any other negative behaviors within the spaces I provide or inhabit; no matter the harassment and/or subs. It is indeed time for a meaningful change.
