Quick question, so when you do a squat are your feet supposed to be flat on the ground? If i keep my feet flat I fall backward. I do have flat feet and scoliosis. I know your not a doctor but what do you think ?

Yes. You want to think of the weight on your feet like a tripod distributed evenly on the balls of your toes and heel. Sometimes weightlifting shoes help since they elevate the heel slightly. honestly mobility for 30 minutes a day is a good way to start if you can’t quite go down far yet
