Anyone have any clue about the origin of these Spongebob gifs?

I've only searched a bit but the oldest link to them I could find is from 2013, but they give off this distinct pre-2010 vibe. I feel like they're too cute and well-animated to be official, but who knows. Maybe they're from some defunct website/account and they got dispersed without credit.
