How to know the traffic of a competing website?
If you need to do market research then having an estimate of competing for website traffic is a necessary step. What tools can you use to do this analysis and how accurately? To help you, I propose the three most common solutions.
Tools To Analyze Competitor Traffic
SimilarWeb
Similarweb is at the top of the list with its ease of use and the comprehensive data it can collect. Once you specify the address of the site to be evaluated in the dedicated field, the tool presents a long list of information in a very detailed way. Several statistics are then displayed such as total visits, the engagement rate, the average duration of a session or the bounce rate. This evaluation platform also gives more targeted information such as the origin of visitors, traffic earned through social networks as well as certain visitor behaviours. To deepen the comparison, Similarweb offers suggestions of sites similar to the one that has just been evaluated. In its free version or test, Similarweb is quite limited. Its paid version, on the other hand, offers more features and more in-depth analysis.
SEMrush
SEMrush is a tool oriented for SEO and paid by allowing to analyze the visibility of our site and that of competitors on search engines. If the idea is to use the data collected to improve your SEO or SEA strategy, SEMrush is essential. Indeed, in addition to the basic information of the site to be evaluated, this tool goes to detail the performance of each keyword. Added to this are the list of paid keywords, the approximate cost of Adwords campaigns and backlinks. I invite you to test directly by analyzing your site or that of a competitor: In comparison with other evaluation platforms, SEMrush can be seen as the most accurate and this thanks to a constant update of the data it records. I invite you to find the complete test.
Alexa
Alexa is one of the oldest analysis platforms still on the market. It is also a very practical tool that has kept its reputation against its competitors. Unlike recent analysis tools, Alexa does not present very detailed data including for example the number of visitors or the performance of each keyword. This platform instead establishes a ranking for each site in the same domain. Only, Alexa is not always very precise on the information delivered. This problem mainly concerns French-language sites or sites recently put online. Nevertheless, for the smallest companies, this slight failure of the analysis is not really a problem. Indeed, even if this platform seems obsolete, in some frameworks, the data it offers remain perfectly usable.
The limit of these tools
Although these tools are both powerful and complete, the information they provide is only a vague estimate. Indeed, each has a flaw in the analysis process. In addition, the traffic of a site is a very unstable value that can evolve or decline over a very short period of time. Only tools like Google Analytics can collect data in real-time if you are an administrator of the site in question. Digital Out Of Home (DOOH) - More options for your video advertising
In the network, the vast majority of users have installed an adblocker. For advertisers annoying if they do not reach people with their advertising. Passers-by can not run away from screens at the train station or in shopping centres. Digital Out of Home formats definitely reaches the target group.
What is DOOH?
Digital Out Of Home is digital outdoor advertising, that is, digital advertising formats that we consume outside our home. These can be digital posters, LCD screens, monitors or touchscreens installed in various public places.  With DOOH, marketing content can be used specifically for specific target groups. Neither the advertising message nor the location of the advertisement has been chosen arbitrarily. The video content is also produced specifically for Out of Home use.  The DOOH screens are mostly located in high-traffic and prominent locations where the target group stays for a certain period of time. Places, where DOOH is played out, include bus stops, tram and subway stations, train stations, airports, shopping centres, supermarkets, restaurants and snack bars and waiting rooms. These are all places where people either spend time waiting or are in a shopping mood. They are particularly receptive and positive about advertising and their attention is easy to captivate. We will go deeper into the different placement options later on.
Which marketing goals are supported by DOOH?
The use of Digital Out Of Home formats is particularly suitable for achieving long-range and sustainable branding. Above all, young people, young adults, students and trainees can be reached with DOOH. Within two weeks, 75% of the total German population over the age of 14 can be reached with DOOH media. Motion picture advertising on these public screens attracts attention. A combination of infotainment and advertising creates a high-quality advertising environment.  DOOH media can not only be used in the Top of the Funnel. Placed at the point of sale, they support the purchase decision at the right moment. DOOH media can either supplement online campaigns in social media channels or complement linear TV advertising. The target group goes through multiple touchpoints, which enhances brand recall.
What are the options for placing videos?
The following DOOH formats are examples of the company Ströer. Depending on the marketer, there are other opportunities for advertising placement. The size of the stelae and screens and the duration of the loops may vary.  Video screens at train stations and at the airport: Due to the high frequency of passengers long-distance stations and airports, advertisers can achieve very high coverage if they are booked for several weeks. The stations and the airport have 2.50 meter high steles with vertical screens of 45, 60 and 70 inches. The screens in the field of view run synchronously and create a total effect for the travellers in the station. 30 of 180 seconds of a loop are filled with editorial content including lifestyle tips, news and weather news. Infoscreens: Infoscreens are digital large-format screens in the subway and suburban train stations opposite the platforms. On average, passengers wait five minutes for the next train. During this time, two-thirds of the information screens receive editorial content as well as one-third advertising videos and advertising messages. The program repeats in a 10-minute loop and can be placed regionally. So it applies to a special target group, which perceives the messages as relevant. Digital XXL billboards at stations: Hard to miss are the so-called "Super Motion" formats from Ströer. These are between 16 and 24 square meters large screens at the stations. Placed at the entrances or exits, they are already perceived from some distance from the passers-by and unavoidable contact with the advertising message arises. The XXL screens have a dominant spatial effect and can be used as a premium advertising medium. Digital billboards in the outdoor area and at the roadside: The large screens are located at busy traffic junctions and have an eye-catching effect due to their size. As an example: Ströer offers, on the one hand, the so-called "Mega Visions", which can be booked exclusively or split with two other advertising partners for a week or a month. In addition, there are the "roadside screens", which address the citizens with an advertising message, for example, when they wait at the intersection. Thanks to LED technology, they are visible day and night and reinforce the viewing time through editorial headlines.  Digital screens in the mall: With promotional videos placed on screens in the mall, advertisers reach their target audience in a relaxed shopping mode. When shopping, people are looking for inspiration and are open to stimulation. They spend an average of 90 minutes in a shopping centre, which allows a high contact density to be achieved, which triggers a buying impulse. The screens are - as in train stations - integrated into 2.50-meter steles and show in one direction synchronously the same material.  Digital screens in cinemas: moviegoers are relaxed and receptive to advertising messages. Due to the high-quality environment, advertising messages are intensively perceived on the high-format Full HD screens in the cinema.  But that's not all, because in taxis or in subways there are screens that can be used with editorial content and promotional videos. In taxis, disproportionately many decision-makers are reached. The screens are located at the back of the headrests. Via the mobile network, it is also possible to record advertising with a sound between news, weather and news. What restrictions are there? Especially for the DOOH formats, which are placed in the outdoor area and at the roadside, there are some things for advertisers to pay attention to. Actual video advertising is not possible here. Only images or cinemagraphs may be used. A video would distract road users too much and endanger traffic. Therefore, a maximum of cinemagraphs is allowed to be played, in which selected image areas move minimally and are an eye-catcher. Text may not be animated. Conclusion DOOH will become more relevant to advertisers as it develops programmatic advertising integration technology. Switching video advertising also on screens in the outdoor area and in highly frequented places has positive effects on brand memory.  At the point of sale, DOOH formats can directly influence the purchasing decision. Passers-by have no way to click away from the advertising as on the PC or on the phone. By integrating the advertising in an editorial environment, the advertising is received positively and found helpful. In addition, people are reached by videos in the DOOH area in situations in which they are receptive to advertising because they are looking for distraction while waiting or for inspiration in the shopping centre. WordPress vs Umbraco
What is WordPress?
WordPress is an open-source CMS and free PHP / MySQL, existing since 2003. Initially, it was a script to create his blog, he has since evolved to become a real content management engine. Today it is estimated that more than a third of the world's web is powered by WordPress, 60% of sites using a CMS. Its popularity comes from among others: Number of extensions availableNumber of themes available, free or paidPossible personalization
What is Umbraco?
Umbraco is an open-source and free CMS developed in .Net. Older than WordPress because born in the year 2000, it allows to create and manage dynamic sites in a Microsoft environment. Today it's market share seems almost non-existent, and yet when we dig a little, behind this .Net CMS we find more than 500 000 users worldwide! When we know the reputation of Gallic for foreign languages, it is potentially the main brake to its representation in the hexagon. It is unjustly unknown to us.
Plugins vs Packages
In a modern CMS, it is possible to add features by adding extensions. These extensions are called "plugins" for WordPress and "packages" for Umbraco. WordPress offers on its official website +55 000 plugins at the moment. No official figure on the Umbraco site, I had to count: 1261 exactly at the time I write these lines. As a professional of these 2 technologies, we could easily go to WordPress by saying that it is useless to reinvent the wheel, that there is probably a plugin to do what we want to deploy. It is also the risk of using bad plugins: compatibility with others already in place, scalability, security (the ransom of success), a lifetime ... with such a plethora of solutions available, it is also easy to go wrong. Sometimes, it is better to remake the wheel and master what is done to ensure the durability of the solution put in place.
Theme and customization
Although the use may be diverted, WordPress was initially thought to be a blog engine. During a first installation, we can easily see this initial behavior with articles, pages, and ... comments. So to have graphic and behavioral customization, it is necessary to circumvent the initial operation and to transform it. Umbraco on its side has been thought of like a CMS, to handle any type of content. Both can have a theme system, but Umbraco allows customization. It's easy and open because no element of the forehead is blocked. Same side back office, Umbraco offers more flexibility. With a little development, of course, it integrates natively the addition of code in all or part of a page, opening more possibilities in shorter deployment time.
Technology
I mentioned it during the presentation of each CMS, WordPress is developed in PHP, Umbraco in .Net. For those who do not know anything about the technique, what does it mean? Not much in reality. .Net is a Microsoft technology. Carried by one of the largest companies in the world, its environment is complete and remains a guarantee of quality and safety. Especially in the context of a large-scale project. Beyond the technical base, the question to ask is who will you accompany? If you have to maintain it yourself, are you .NET or PHP? If we know how to do both, at Goweb we prefer .Net. But that's not the only reason why we prefer Umbraco to WordPress. It's also a history of philosophy: We do not pretend it's simple; but we try to simplify it. There is a form of humility associated with a goal. And after almost 20 years, we find that this goal is pretty well filled. Conclusion The only question is: if you had unlimited resources, which would you take and why? Would you choose a car or an airplane? The comparison is ultimate of this order, as the two CMSs have a different approach and technology. The choice should, therefore, be mainly guided by the needs and skills of those who will accompany you. Apple: iPhone 11 Pro features
There are already rumors about the next three iPhones. Now insiders are packing up with even more information about the upcoming devices. Some are to come as "iPhone Pro" on the market. In September Apple will present its new lineup of iPhones at an event. Three devices are expected, but the naming is still not very clear. New insider reports now say that these are iPhone models with the Affix Pro. So possible is an iPhone XS Max Pro, not a particularly elegant name. In addition, the insiders grabbed against Bloomberg but also with other news.
New features of the iPhone 11
The most important feature will be a new camera system on the back. This should take pictures with all three sensors simultaneously and select the best picture by KI. The performance in a bad light should be improved. In addition, it is possible with the new video function to professionally edit the recorded clips still in the device, sometimes even while the recording takes place. Interesting could also be the reverse wireless charging. This makes it possible to virtually use a device, such as the iPhone 11 Pro, like a wireless charging station to inductively charge other devices - such as your AirPods.  This technique is already found in the Samsung Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Note 10. Like every year, the devices will come with a new processor. The A13 SoC should, of course, be faster, but also provide improved performance in augmented reality. So that one has something of the device for a long time, Apple should offer stronger display glass and improved water protection. According to the insiders, an iPhone 11 could remain completely submerged for well over 30 minutes. All this information is currently still pure speculation, certainty there is only at the event of Apple. Convince In A Few Seconds: The Short Profile
You only have 15 seconds to convince: this is the average time a recruiter takes to decide if your application interests him. By accompanying your resume with a short profile, you can quickly score points. We present the details to watch. The first impression is formed in a short time. According to one study, 40% of hiring managers spend less than five minutes on an application.  Research shows that on average, on the basis of CV, recruiters decide in 15 seconds. 15 seconds to make a good impression. It's not a lot. A short profile can help in this difficult task. And constitute a good opportunity to distinguish oneself from the masses.
What is a short profile? A short and powerful application
The short profile is a mix of CV and cover letter. On a page, the professional qualifications, personal characteristics, and motivations of a candidate for a concrete position are briefly and forcefully demonstrated. It is inspired by the short profile or profile of application used in the United States, where the CV must not exceed one page. The short profile is not part of the standard application documents, it is rather an optional supplement. In some cases, it can replace the cover letter.  Who can enjoy a short profile? A short profile of quality allows candidates to make a good impression. Short profiles are particularly suitable for candidates applying to highly competitive job markets, but also for those with a wide range of skills and for people changing their professional field.  In fact, it makes it possible to specifically highlight the skills required for the position, for example by drawing attention to particular projects. The short profile is also recommended for management positions. Finally, it can open doors in case of a spontaneous application or at job fairs.
Tips for a perfect short profile
Choose a clear structure The following cuts have been proven, but a short profile is still a little personalized and can be adapted accordingly: Personal information: first and last name, photo of the candidate (mandatory), full contact details (address, e-mail, phone, etc.), current position / professional title, key competencies, motto or quote  Hard skills: professional qualifications, relevant continuing education and training, main skills and activities, professional experience Soft skills: management experience, areas of competence, personal strengths and special interests (relevant to the position and the company) Professional successes: successful projects, distinctions Important! The short profile should not be more than one A4 page. In the application file, it follows the cover letter and precedes the CV.  Read It - Recruitment By The Robot Choose the content of your short profile according to the position Write down the qualifications, professional skills and core personal characteristics for this position and this company. What is your motivation to get this job? With what projects, training and continuing education, and professional or private achievements can you support it?  Important! You can keep the structure and titles of your short profile for each application, but you must adapt the content. Complete it with keywords  Think about the keywords that the recruiter is looking for. What qualifications, what hard skills and soft skills are important for the job? What usual expressions of the branch should be cited? Stay brief  Recruiters often do not have the time to read long texts. To play the card of a succinct enumeration. You can formulate a few points at your convenience, in two to three short sentences, and with eloquent titles, eg. "Why do I postulate at home", "Who am I?" Important! Be careful not to repeat yourself. The short profile is not a second CV.  Make yourself noticed, but stay in the frame You can give a personal touch to your short profile - after all, you want to attract attention. But make sure that your presentation does not stray too far from the other applications, nor from what is done in the field. How Single Player Games Still Has Some Charm in This Multiplayer Game World
Kids growing up in the late 80s and after it has played games at some level. Either in the old consoles or PC in The 2000s or gaming consoles nowadays. All of these are fun to play, but some games are more fun than others, for example, GTA, Tekken, call of duty. Multiplayer games dominate Today’s gaming world as we can see on steam. Each major single gaming title has a multiplayer option. So today we dive in to see how Single Player Games still have charm in today’s Gameworld. Single Player Games: A game which can be played by a single person at a time is known as Single Player Games. While this means the game has one explicit character, the game can still have multiple playable games like GTA V. You know what most cool mobile games online are Single Player games. Some of the famous single-player games are The Legend of Zelda, God of War, The Witcher, etc. Apart from 3d single-player games, 2d single-player games also is a great source of entertainment. There are so many online gaming portals available on the internet which provide you the access of best free 2d single-player games. If you want to be a part of any online gaming portal then we recommend you to go to SpideyGames. They have the best free single-player games to play online. Multiplayer Games: A game which is designed to be played by multiple players at the same time. Multiplayers are the theme at the moment as most played games on steam are all online Multiplayer games. This is because multiplayer games are fun games to play online. Some of the famous Multiplayer games are FIFA, Counter-Strike, Dota, etc.
How Single-Player Games are Still Better Than Multiplayer Games?
Storyline: Let’s face it we all fell in love with gaming due to wonderful storytelling and the ability to play as someone else in a world. No multiplayer games with insanely good graphics can match the storyline of Single Player Games like Max Payne, Metal Gear Solid, and God of War.Open World Gameplay: All gamers like to fool around in open-world games, especially ones where you can shoot and kill anyone like GTA and Red Dead Redemption. Even single-player Minecraft has lots of players still tuned to it today.Difficulty Level: There is no greater level of satisfaction for a gamer than finishing a really challenging game. Defeating a pro online is fun, but finishing games like Dark Soules gives immense pride to players which can never be replaced by anyone.Character Depth: One of the charms of single-player games are character Depth. If you have horror games like Resident Evil or Last of us, you would be attached to the games, and you would feel what the character felt. This level of emotion reach is virtually absent in multiplayer games.Glitch at the Expense of Money: Let’s face it playing online gaming is very expensive for many. As you have to pay for a proper internet connection and then pay subscription fees and then buy games. Even after this, most games are filled with glitches. All of these features are the charm of Single-player games and even though multiplayer sells, Single Player Games are the heart of Gaming. Read the full article

4 Techniques To Generate Leads In B2B
To grow its business and increase its turnover, a company must imperatively generate incoming demand. In B2B, we talk about leads, business contacts that can turn into customers. With this brand new article from BuzzingPost, discover 4 techniques to generate B2B leads and set up an effective marketing strategy.
1. Define and target qualified leads
Lead shows interest in a product or service. However, this interest is limited to a need for information. This is why he has not yet considered a prospect (that is, a potential customer). It is then up to the company to implement various actions to convert it. You should know that 73% of visitors to a website have no intention of buying. It is therefore essential to put in place a strategy to attract qualified leads ready to take the next step. In B2B, Inbound Marketing is one of the best strategies for generating leads. It involves following a well-defined process - the funnel - to turn leads into loyal customers.
2. Optimize the natural referencing of its website
There are several ways to optimize the SEO of a website. You can improve the loading time, rework the UX design (the user experience) or add features. To attract the interest of users, you can also offer them content to download in return for their contact information. Through forms to fill, it is quite possible to determine their problems in order to provide them with appropriate solutions.
3. Take into account the broadcast channels
To be content with its website to distribute its content is much too limited, you have to see things big. Admittedly, natural referencing helps to ensure visibility on the web, but to attract more traffic, you must use other marketing levers. For example, online advertising, e-mailing and blogs, not to mention social networks. For example, Facebook currently has more than 2 billion users. There are more than 60 million professional pages. This network is therefore essential to find qualified leads. LinkedIn - the largest network of professionals - is another particularly effective tool for generating leads in B2B. As proof, 91% of B2B marketers use this social network and 65% of B2B companies have already converted leads into customers thanks to this platform. We will not forget Twitter and YouTube, which are also excellent tools for B2B lead generation. The first is used by 85% of B2B marketers. The second is the largest video sharing platform.
4. Bet on the content
The quality of the marketing content makes it possible to optimize the funnel of conversion. The only way to generate leads is to capture the attention of visitors by providing them with relevant content. It is then necessary to create high added value content using the right keywords. This will also improve the positioning of his website. According to the result of a Companeo study in 2018, natural referencing is one of the most popular lead generation tools used by companies with a satisfaction rate of 55%. The new features of the Google Search Console
The Google Search Console (GSC), formerly known as Google Webmaster Tools, is an SEO analysis tool that measures the performance of a website. This free analysis tool provides some useful features for search engine optimization.  Our experience with customers shows that while Search Console is often used, the full scope and use of each feature is often not fully understood. As Google has recently made some changes to the GSC, and as a result has added or removed one or the other feature, we will show you the most important changes based on practical examples.
What is the Google Search Console?
The Google Search Console's free service provides a comprehensive way to monitor, manage, and troubleshoot a website's presence in the Search Engine Result Pages (SERP). The tool can be used as a direct channel between Google and the webmaster. In addition to tips for improving your presence, webmasters also receive technical information about your site.
Set up Google Search Console
To use the GSC, all you need is a Google Account and free registration in the Google Search Console. Each Google Account has the capacity to add up to 1,000 websites or mobile apps. To set up, first visit Google Search Console. To set up your own Google Search Console, you'll need to sign in with your Google Account. Make sure that this is the same account you use for all other webmaster tools. After this step, look in the Dashboard for the "Add Property" menu item and enter your URL.
Tumblr media
There are currently two ways to use it on the home page of the former Google Webmaster Tools. On the one hand the old, traditional version of the GSC and on the other the newer version, which is much more intuitive and offers some new useful features.  Google plans in the future to convert all functions of the Search Console into the newer version. But at the moment, both views and thus many of the benefits of the original tool are still available.  The analysis period can also be set individually in the new Google Search Console. However, for the first time data from a longer period, up to 16 months can be analyzed. By clicking on the "Date" button you can easily set the desired period.
ALT: Crawl Bug Report - NEW: Index Cover Status Report
The primary goal is optimal Google indexing because that's the only way to benefit from the widest search engine. The indexed pages of a domain should be reviewed periodically. In the old version, this had to be verified under the indexing status. The GSC's new dashboard shows crawl errors in the new Index Cover Report. A distinction is made between the web page level and a new URL checking tool, which allows URLs to be checked separately.  The advantage here: The new report focuses on the errors relevant for Google of the past month and thus gives information about serious errors, which could result in exclusion from the index.  The old report, however, contained errors of the last 3 months, which were partly outdated or only temporary. With the new report, problems can be more easily evaluated, prioritized, and grouped according to recurring issues. For example, if you've specifically instructed your sitemap to crawl a specific URL and a 404 message appears, it's considered a bug in your Google Search Console. If this is not the case, this will not be noted as an error. In the old view of Search Console, all crawl errors that the Google bot finds on a web page were listed. It was difficult to keep track of the relevance of each error message. The new solution makes it easier to keep track of things to avoid being excluded from the index.
ALT: Security Issues - NEW: Security Issues Report
To detect attacks on your domain by hackers or implemented malicious code in the source code, it was previously possible to receive notifications via a notification function of the Google Search Console. If you enabled messaging under Search Console Settings, you've been notified of a potential security issue on your webpage. The new version also clarifies the security problems of a domain, and recommendations for action are made. These are content areas that cause malicious downloads, malware, and misleading pages due to hacking attacks. This area shows when Google pronounces punishments against a website.
ALT: Structured Data - NEW Status reports on rich search results
Using structured data, you can highlight SEO information such as data about products, events or recipes.  Google uses this information to provide more accurate search results. Directly in the Google Search Console, under the "Improvements" section, you can check whether Google lists the identifiers of the structured data and whether any errors or warnings occur. In the following example products were included.
NEW: Test for results with Rich Media
To avoid bad results like the one in the previous example, before embedding, you can use Google's Structured Data Testing Tool to review the inclusion of Structured Data. There, the data can be retrieved directly from a URL or individual code snippets for inspection. In addition, the Rich Media Results test is another review tool. With this tool, you not only see which elements are detected but also their errors, warnings, and properties.
Conclusion
The Google Search Console is a high-quality tool for analysis, planning, and control in search engine optimization. The tool is free and based on Google's original data. With the Google Search Console, you have a powerful tool at your disposal to ensure your outstanding and sustainable positioning in online marketing. Therefore, we recommend that you use the GSC for a comprehensive analysis of your Internet presence. Hashtags - How To Improve Your Instagram Reach With Few Tricks
Hashtags are still one of the most important tools when it comes to reaching.
Despite Instagram's new algorithm, hashtags still have a positive impact on your engagement. Especially if your account is still relatively at the beginning.
Choose the right size of Hashtag
Commitment among your contributions is hugely important. Because of the more interactions you generate, the more likely users will notice your posts. Just one hashtag can increase your interaction rate by 12.6%. However, for a perfect Instagram appearance, it is recommended to use several. Because with each day your potential reach becomes significantly larger. However, you should try to use only relevant hashtags. Keep in mind who you want to reach with your contributions.
Relevance of Hashtag is more important than quantity
There are some things to consider when choosing the right tags. Especially if they are relevant to your displayed content. Especially at the beginning, you should not resort to the most popular hashtags. Because they quickly go down in the mass of posts.  The smaller the number of pictures of a particular hashtag, the more likely the users is involved in your profile. The number of pictures, per hashtag, should not exceed the six-digit range.  With growing followers, you can also use more popular tags. The more specific your hashtag, the more precisely you will reach your desired target group and a clearly defined target group will ultimately bring you a sensible commitment. Branded and community hashtags Of course, there are also various uses for hashtags. The primary distinction is between branded and community hashtags. Branded hashtags are circulated by companies or brands associated with current campaigns or events.  At the same time, they are a good way to generate user-generated content. Community hashtags are dedicated to specific topics and relevance to the post. But not only the use of relevant tags can be helpful. Even in an Instagram story, it is possible to place hashtags and further increase your reach. Research and contribution volume If you do not know which tags to use at all, there are some useful tricks. Because inspiration is there enough. Just look at similar, high-impact accounts and access some of the most relevant hashtags for you. Another way to search is the search function.  If you enter a specific day here, Instagram shows further popular and related suggestions under the input field. The contribution volume is also of central importance for the search.  The more pictures a hashtag has, the more active it is. For this reason, you should pay particular attention to the number of pictures. Hashtags with millions of contributions disappear much faster in the crowd. Where do I put my hashtags best? Again, there are different approaches. Some post their hashtags directly into the image description and others place them in the first comment right after posting.  Which variant you prefer is up to you. Often it depends on the visual preference of a user. Adding the hashtags to the image description will save you time. For descriptions can be prepared and you can post a picture without much post-processing.  Visually, the whole thing does not look quite so nice. Many solve this problem by visually separating the hashtags from the rest of the text. For example, by emojis or multiple points.  However, if the description consists only of hashtags and a little text, it can quickly look dirty. Therefore, there is the possibility to post your hashtags in the first comment, to limit the description to the essentials.  In this variant, however, it should be noted that a few seconds may pass until the text with the hashtags is sent. A middle ground provides the ability to put relevant (branded) hashtags in the description and add the rest to the comment function. Organize hashtags In order to save a lot of time and not having to go looking for new hashtags every time, you should organize relevant hashtags. This allows you to publish interesting pictures faster.  Keeping an overview is very easy. With the help of so-called theme clusters, you bundle your topics and can easily and simply access the relevant hashtags at any time.  Web services or apps serve as a simple tool for storage. Through theme clusters, you can always fall back on a certain base of hashtags and quickly build relevant combinations. Keep in mind, however, that your clusters are constantly updating as more and more hashed tags evolve. More tips for an optimal range In the contribution design, you should also pay attention to: 1. Post high-quality content.  A blurry cell phone image is not high-quality content. 2. Write long captions.  Approximately 35 words are enough. 3. End captions from time to time with a question.  In this way, you increase the interaction rate, which in turn has a positive effect on the range. 4. Post at the right time.  When your target audience is online, read the Instagram Analytics of your business account. Read the full article

Why Brands Are Essential In Digital Transformation
The brand. Considered as one of the company's most valuable "assets", of which it is often the only face and therefore the only emotional bridge linking it to the general public, the brand is an essential pivot of an activity, let alone when this one operates its digital transformation. Nobody doubts the effectiveness of brands to respond to issues of value creation. A brand that stays consistent across all of its platforms can boost a company's revenue by more than 20% (Forbes, 2018). Worldwide, 8 out of 10 managers believe that the success of a process of the digital transformation of the business depends largely on its level of taking into account the brand, its vision and its mission (HBR, 2017). There are thousands of articles, numbers, references to support this point. Nobody doubts the effectiveness of brands to meet business challenges, yet in a context of digital transformation, their role is now heavily questioned. Reason # 1: In the world of measurable business performance, brands are intangible assets. We can, of course, measure the value of a brand very precisely. These calculations carried out by very serious institutes, however, take into account an intangible part in the value of the brands, said share being in fact constantly increasing for about forty years. And this intangible part hardly finds its right place in an excel spreadsheet ... Reason # 2: It takes concrete to build a solid brand experience (market analysis, identification of opportunities, audience strategy in particular). But not only: we must also bring into play symbols and emotions. This symbolic and emotional dimension is extremely complex to understand. The mechanisms that feed it throughout an interaction are difficult to grasp. And to be honest, hard to translate into features. Reason # 3: A successful brand experience is not necessarily the best customer experience. In contexts of digital transformation, and therefore of experience design, it is often the "convenience" that is the main design key. And that's quite normal: convenience creates value. By identifying and solving bread points, she makes transactions easy, quick and comfortable. But when "convenience" is the only key to designing an experience, then it comes with a terrible corollary for brands: standardization. In the strict sense of the term, brand experience must be specific, memorable and meaningful. But experience only Just as the big brands know how to distill, throughout the experience they deliver in real life, moments that are specific and highly attributable to them (a toy in a children's menu, sweets and a bottle of water in the back of a taxi car, etc.), so they must be able to offer such moments in the experiences they deliver on the digital. Moments "signals" that express without ambiguity their platform, their values, their mission, in the form of contents obviously, but especially of functionalities. The challenge is to succeed in translating emotional assets into distinctive features that can create value for users. In these conditions, digital transformation represents a great opportunity for brands because they find a new medium of expression, in addition to communication - almost a new media: experience. And conversely, brands represent a real opportunity for the digital transformation of companies, because they require to go further than the "refresher", or even the "best-in-class", in the design of an experiment: they require to make sense of it. Recruitment By The Robot: Why Personal Marketing Becomes A Success Factor
Other approaches and strategies are needed: Due to skills shortages and digitalization, companies need to actively engage with candidates and become visible in the marketplace.  Personal marketing is becoming a central recruitment tool. As a result, the marketing and HR sectors are getting closer. What consequence does this have for the recruiter? This is not new, the digitalization considerably changes the recruitment landscape. But why? On the one hand, with digitalization, we are no longer looking for the same profiles: according to a study of the World Economic Forum, by 2022, nearly 25% of current jobs will disappear and almost as many new job profiles will emerge which will magnify the skills shortage. Recruiters need to find new ways to recruit good candidates. On the other hand, digitalization is changing the way we look: candidates want to take advantage of digital possibilities and get used to the current means and speed of communication. If companies want to recruit rare pearls, they must first make themselves visible and then be interested in the needs of the candidates.
From recruiting staff to attracting qualified candidates
It is clear that in today's world, HR must do more than publish job postings and passively wait for applications. In markets that suffer from a shortage of skilled labor, the guiding principle must be to actively approach candidates.  Direct contact, the reserves of talent and active sourcing are among often effective tools. In addition, obstacles to the application should be removed by, for example, mobile recruitment and one-click applications. It is also about being active where the target group is. And to comply with the motto of the current communication: online, immediately, directly. Also Read - The road to a dream job: Create your career plan with 4 simple steps In this context, it is increasingly difficult for a company to arouse the attention of candidates, and to appear attractive to them. It's not so simple at a time when everything is accelerating and many are lost in the flow of information.  This is where personal marketing comes in, which is slowly becoming a central success factor for HR. The principle: as for conventional marketing, a product must be made visible on the market and adapted to customers. But in the case of personal marketing, the product is a business and the customers are the potential collaborators.  Thanks to adapted and integrated marketing measures, the company positions itself on the market and creates an interesting employer image. It can thus become, in the ideal case, a "top of mind" enterprise, in terms of marketing, the "brand" that customers prefer. It is now about attracting candidates rather than just recruiting staff.
HR and marketing in sister disciplines
Personal marketing includes social media management and advertising, mobile site optimization, search engine optimization, target group definition, controlling and data analysis. Added to this are measures such as employer brand management and image campaigns.  These are new areas of responsibility for HR but have long been well known and applied in the field of marketing. Conversely, it encompasses the areas of online marketing and new technologies but insufficiently understands HR processes. Both disciplines can learn from each other and should ideally be closer together. However, most businesses are still far behind:
The recruiting robots: the best of all worlds?
Traditional approaches and channels make it difficult to master new functions and challenges. The general reserve felt about new digital tools and the persistence of old models - HR on the one hand, marketing on the other - are not very promising.  On the contrary, it is necessary to use new technologies and new channels: chatbots thus improve communication and reduce reaction time, while matching technologies organize recruitment more effectively and provide assistance during the pre-selection process.  While scanning can be perceived as a challenge, it is also a chance to seize.
Tips for effective personal marketing
Establish a strategy:  To succeed in your personal marketing, you need more than a suitable job advertisement. Set a personal marketing strategy for all areas, from employer brand management to staff development, recruitment and candidate selection. Use new technologies:  Take an interest in new recruitment channels and especially new technologies. For example, optimize your site and your job offers for search engines and mobile devices. And refresh your knowledge in online marketing! Collaborate closely with the marketing department:  Exchange with other services. Get to know the steps and mechanisms of the process; Only by knowing what is effective and what is not, you will be able to move in a new direction. Analyze your target group:  Who do you want to talk to? To reach the target group, the messages and communication channels must be directed towards him. Where are these people? What are the themes that interest them? How do they want to be approached? Practice active sourcing:  Approach your target group actively. Look for potential candidates on the new channels. And create a pool of talent to already have contacts with potential candidates during a vacancy. Be fast:  Speed has a big influence on recruitment success. Real-time communication is expected. You must react quickly, otherwise, the candidates may have already decided for another employer. You have to be quick even if you refuse because the candidate experience (the candidate's experience during the recruitment process) has repercussions on the employer brand. Stay informed:  Reading specialized blogs and magazines and experimenting with platforms and methods are part of the recruiter's functions. Do not be afraid of artificial intelligence. Well used, it will be of great help to you.
