Hi everyone! This is Sri,
I'd like to talk about the art that gives peace of mind. I was a girl who hated to draw objects, even drawing notebooks are allergic to me. I didn't care about drawings until I stepped into 7th grade, after I stepped into it, I got lots of biology drawings as my homework, but I wasn't able to draw properly I felt like I was trapped in the dark dimensions of a black hole. My father helped with my drawing homework so I was feeling okay and I got too low marks in my 7th grade. I was unable to acknowledge it, at that moment. When I got into 8th grade, I was criticized by everyone around me and it made me think it doesn't matter to me what others say but when my parents criticized and compared me with other kids it made me feel so terrible like I made a huge mistake. Do you think I hated and cursed the arts?.No, it made me realize why drawings are so difficult for me, why it's not suited for me, it only made me think about what should I do to be a great artist, so I started to draw step by step, My instincts are, to be perfect when I start or doing any works, so I just spent some time to draw something, I started from beginning of arts, I didn't join any classes to practice, I just saw few youtube videos, I started my journey from a peacock and a few oil pastels arts like landscapes, Night Views of Moon, A magical lonely tree, the lists goes on and on. My drawings were developed my friends used to like them. After so long, I stepped into high school but unfortunately, lockdown locked me off at home it was a great experience I had because I upgraded myself and started to draw portraits, I felt so good, It made me so calm and gave me peace in lockdown technology was well developed, YouTube taught me how to draw and made me an artist.
              1. on my way

It was my first drawing during lockdown I've drawn many pictures before this but this was my first drawing that made me satisfied.
                 2. peacock's

It was the second drawing that showed the satisfaction in shadings.
        3. THOR GOD OF THUNDER

I am an obsessed Marvel fan so I gave a try to draw one of the Avengers he was the first Avenger I drew it was so difficult to draw him this portrait was the second attempt but it made me realize to correct the mistakes while drawing the portraits.
4. CAPTAIN AMERICA

Finally, I drew my favorite Avenger without any mistakes. It was so perfect and made me so proud of myself.
5. MITSUHA

Mitsuha is an anime character from the 'Your Name' movie. It is an amazing movie that was so touching and inspiring that made me draw a character.

Besides these portraits and drawings, I practiced myself to draw objects perfectly to keep myself better.
In the end, I realized that when you learn something new or something you don't like, just pause yourself for a minute and think about what does bothers you when you do that thing make it correct, and do things with loveÂ
IT GIVES YOU PEACE WHEN YOU CORRECT YOURSELF.
