Identified 3 key pain points from user interviews, extracted user insights, created empathy map and prioritised user needs based on different parameters. Created wireframes and a high-fidelity Figma prototype showcasing the solution.
The prototype includes live chat functionality to connect with adoption agencies, advanced search/filtering for pets, and a progress tracker for adoption applications. This solution streamlines the user experience, simplifies the adoption process, and fosters better communication between users and adoption agencies.
