State of Apple Maps
Apple Maps. Where do I start? Its been almost 5+ years and I have to say its still not up to the mark from a company like Apple. Raking in big money on selling iPhones and integrating maps as part of the stock apps. I recently was in Orlando and boy did it get confused a lot. Took me to an open airfield instead of taking me to the Airport. Cound't figure out my current position to provide navigation steps. It was overall a very sucky experience and had to resort to using google maps which I will say is the best maps app out there.
Apple is getting there but 5+ years it should be almost as good as Google given the amount of money they spend on R&D and developing new os features than focusing on fixing the ones they have. Its a similar story with the stock mail app and the stock music app. I can write a whole blog on the music app which I am thinking of doing.
