Ok so I was at dashcon 2 with my friend and their grandma, (i had been dragged there against my will,) and at some point me and the aforementioned grandma were trying to get away from the VERY LOUD yells from the strange aeons vs muppet joker battle so i could explain what homestuck is to her, when SUDDENLY my friend came BULTING AT ME with TEARS in their eyes, screaming "THEY KILLED HIM! THEY KILLED THE MUPPET JOKER" at the TOP OF THEIR LUNGS which then lead to me having to explain to their dear old grandma who the muppet joker is, and that he, in fact, had NOT just been actually murdered in cold blood in the middle of a tumblr convention.
