I am a runner who barely runs and low carber with carbfests. It's whatever. Recently moving towards HIIT from my long distance cardio phase, but still plan to take on another half marathon this spring. Finally lifting for real real, not for play play. I have a deep love for various TV shows and movies that I quote relentlessly with no apologies. At the end of the day, I am more positive than negative and I will curl up with a good book when the world refuses to cooperate with me.

Day 1. Well, not really. Been back in the running game for a week, bought veggies on Sunday. Healthier mindset but life is picking up in chaos so I need to be a little more mindful about my fitness.

You want to sit here and tell me that the alt-right and Steve Bannon have nothing to do with white supremacy? This photo was taken at “alt-right” conference in D.C. but let’s just call it what it is: a gathering of white nationalists, neo-Nazis, and racists + Tila Tequila who has apparently forgotten she is not white.
These three comfortably took this photo in a room of crowded people. They have no problem showing their hatred in the open, probably because the room is filled with alt-right darlings like Jared Taylor, a white nationalist who founded the white supremacist publication American Renaissance, whose explanation of the alt-right is horrifyingly racist.
Other people who were there? Richard Spencer, Peter Brimelow, Kevin MacDonald, and violent misogynist Matt Forney. There’s a reason these people, along with other white supremacist groups, are so excited to see Donald Trump, Steve Bannon, and Jeff Sessions in the White House. So can we stop calling these people “alt-right” and label them as they fucking are?
