Yes she does ! Quinn is a user herself since they go to raves so she doesn’t really mind his usage although she doesn’t take it as much as he does.

Although I like to think neither of them knew they both did it for the first few months of their relationship so both Rory and Quinn would be doing this every time the other almost caught each other.

OKAY SO IVE GOT QUINN CALDWELL’S DEATH DOWN !!!

Soo Quinn’s death is in the hospital just before the explosion that kills Clear and Eugene. They’re running around the hospital to help look for Eugene while both being in a panic from Rory’s death plus taking some powder from the stress.

While she’s running about she goes up the stairs from the lift being full, they run down the stairs and trips over a loose tile, falling down the stairs, knocking a fire extinguisher off the wall in the process, she cracks the back of their skull on a step but not enough to kill her, until the fire extinguisher falls down onto her head causing it to go from a normal crack to a depression in their skull, killing her instantly. 

I know it’s probably unrealistic but c’mon Quinn IS a final destination oc… !
