Half of why I made caerus is because I kinda genuinely want chronos to be a good grandparent. Not a "well meaning" one but I think he has the genuine capacity to be a good one. Growing up as I did and learning that grandparents who loved me so dearly could not offer that to their own children but softened with age and regret. Kills me. I want grandpa to find some SOLACE. Idk he's a piece of shit but I would pick him as a trusted family member over any Olympian.

I need a story where Kronos gets released, becomes king of the Blessed Isles, and rebuilds his relationship with Rhea. Not as god or goddess. King and wife. But as themselves. They can't go back to the way things were, but they work together. One version of Dionysus has him being raised by Rhea. Let her have the chance to raise a child, and grandpa Kronos teaches him how to do agriculture.
