Varnish/Lacquer Bugs

I'm posting this so that people that don't religiously follow bug report threads are in the know: The mane on breeds in the expansion appears to be BUGGED with Lacquer. This can be most noticeably seen on Obelisks where it's almost dimorphic somehow. Currently this is the only known bug in the expansion. I would recommend scrying the dragon as a Gaoler or Cirrus with that gene just in case before committing to using Lacquer on a maned breed! Varnish appears to be perfectly safe though to go nuts on.

Selling/Giving Away Aether Mandibles

Now that Gnarlhorns has been firmly established to take on the features of whatever horns it's tied to (all three breeds with Gnarlhorns have wildly different depictions)... What would Dusthides with Gnarlhorn look like theoretically??

Man I know some bugs are bugs, but I'd love to see them get revived from the dead into Effects or genes. For example, the recent Hypnotic bug (that seems to be fixed as of just now- it added an extra shadow layer which led to this imo really fucking cool effect on Female Banes, the victims of the bug) or the Pastel Pulse + Marva Cloak bug that was fixed a while ago.

I remember making a thread for a theoretical Sketch Effect shortly after the bug was going to get fixed, but I can't find it now. I just think these two would be neat. The Noc for context was completely transparent outside of the lineart- on dark mode, it'd be the color of dark mode.

Edit: Somehow the Banescale one got eaten by Tumblr or something. Should be fixed.

Potential "Hack" Against Lag from Bots

For those suffering from lag hell on the site, there have been recent reports that swapping to specifically Google Chrome fixes the lag issue for them. No clue if this applies to other Chromium based browsers like Opera GX (...that's a Chromium one right-) I have no fucking clue why that'd work, but apparently it does?? Would explain why I hadn't been dealing with the lag others have been reporting.
