For the final project, I am expanding on my previous Internet culture project, which is creating the fictional art influencer, Dusty Phoenix, and bringing her Instagram to life. As evidenced, I have started to work on drawings to bring her profile to life, and this is one of them, as "she" posted two days ago on her Instagram. It's her latest post on her Instagram account. I am using Procreate to make her art in the style that you see.I even created what her signature would look like. I am already beginning on the hardest part, so I will continue to make the drawings in Procreate and import them over to Photoshop. Once I am finished with making her profile (drawings and all), I will complete customization of the Dusty Project Tumblr profile, and my final project will be ready to go.

As I continue with my final project, which is bringing artist influencer Dusty Phoenix's Instagram page to life, I decided to add onto the work in progress how her Instagram Reel would look from the Reels page and on the home feed. For those who don't know what a a Reel is, it's basically Instagram's version of TikTok. Here, she is showing off a drawing process of her cat, Mittens, on Procreate for her iPad Pro 11". Her reel is gaining traction, and hopefully it goes viral soon. I will be doing her profile page next, and that will be the hardest part. I will be making drawings similar to the style the cat was drawn, and I will be doing that on Procreate and importing them over to Photoshop for the iPad to compile them together into a believable profile page.

For my final project, I am following through on expanding the “Dusty Phoenix” art influencer project. I decided to create a secondary Tumblr account and finished one of many facets of this project, which will consist of a reel of Dusty drawing, her profile feed, and what her home feed would look like. This is a finished mock-up of Dusty’s home feed, in which she just posted a picture of herself. I am liking how it’s coming out so far, and I am looking forward to exploring this concept more.
