I’m not sure what’s happening with my birthday plans in June. My flight to Barbados is still open but the resort closed until June 30. I needed some essential items from Whole Foods so I took a short drive to Charleston to get them. I don’t think I’ve ever seen downtown so empty, even at 6am. Last nights dinner with @loudgirlmedia 😱 I rarely plan trips to the Wilmington area but if you find yourself here, I highly recommend Savorez for some latin cuisine. We had chicken tinga empanadas, lobster ceviche in ginger/coconut, & I can’t remember what the last dish was called but it had coconut rice, black beans, maduros, & key lime fried flounder 😋😋😋 Oh!
