Hehe I have so many ideas about the hunter and his cabin, and how it connects to our friendly cannibal partygoers. An echosystem, if you will.

Since there has to be some sort of drawback to being a curse bearer, aka literal power container, I think it would be funny to include it as specifically relevant to the power in question.

A and B have regeneration, which would make them highly independant (can't be irreparably harmed and don't need to rely on medical help or food sources like normal people do), BUT they literally need each other or they're fucked (emotionally and physically, but that's a whole other thing)

Let's say with fire powers, it could be that you burn yourself while using them or burn away massive amounts of energy so you need food/fuel, also smoke, so much smoke lol just imagine the smell

In addition, proximity is good enough to start the regeneration process, but physical touch is key, esp in cases of serious injuries, like knife wounds.

I have a scene in mind where A and B are separated, but find each other through navigating through their injuries. For example, what do you know, a busted lip slowly stings less the more A goes west! Whatever could that mean?

They get stronger (or other benefits) through eating the unfortunate people that all of this was forced upon. A and B (placeholders, I have names for them in mind) are even more unique in the sense that they're a 2 for 1.

Their power works best when they're in close proximity to each other, BUT is still there when they're apart. And that is.... regeneration! There's still the pain, but the regeneration itself can be accelerated and altered. Let's say, by closing up the wound itself (pinching a papercut together, setting bones etc) and not waiting for the regeneration to do it for you. Nevertheless the "base" remains the same as when they woke up in the bathroom if given time to regen, but sometimes you don't have the time or want to make changes!

A's is slightly stronger/faster than B's is another detail I want to add in early, cause A is on the self-sacrificing side.

However, and this is a future problem for both me and the party assholes, how do you eat something that essentially cannot die?

Right now it's just a jumble of vaguelly connected scenes and places, but I'm tempted into getting into the weeds of roads, transit in general, but especially geography. Maybe that would help me see some scenes more clearly or even reorder them. Also get in the shoes of the two actually having to navigate this shit.
