finally blacklisted namemc spoilers bc. seeing the most recent ones for wlsmp put me in a really bad mood
#will that actually stop me from seeing spoilers? dunno#it's one thing when it's something expected or kinda small (like a red name outfit change)#and i saw fanart of the skizz & mumbo zombie skins first and just thought it was someone's au for a sec#but seeing screenshots of most of the cast's skins just... sucked. it's a weekly show. i would rather wait a few days#i usually don't mind a few spoilers so i don't go out of my way to blacklist but it was WAY too much to spoil and put me in a bad mood

my #2 artist on on spoofy wrapped is. unfortunately. a youtuber who was proved earlier in the year to have been abusing his girlfriend and at least 1 other woman, which really soured me on his 'sad boy with a distant, hard to understand love interest' music (maybe your girlfriend wouldn't be so ambivalent if you stopped physically abusing her, man), so that kind of puts the kibosh on doing memes and predictions and stuff for me
#oh well. so it goes#i have. occasionally. learned unsavory stuff about artists and been like.... well...... their music is still important to me#in this case though. i was immediately so yucked out by the way that that abuse coming to light reframed the songs beyond redemption#if you havent had a fave turn out to be a creep. you aren't better than everyone who has. you just don't know who's a creep yet

nothing gets on my nerves like a shallow edgy fantheory that only exists to pretend the tarp covering really obvious limitations of the media is actually hiding something Fucked Up (like video game npcs not reacting to peculiar or unrealistic pc behavior meaning that the pc is an eldritch being or being kept in a human zoo or some shit, or limited parental presence in a cartoon being Sinister rather than an obvious thing to do when you're writing for children) because. idk it's just so childish? it's just so tedious and samey. that's not a tree! it's just a painting of a tree on plywood! the play characters must have been brainwashed into thinking paint on plywood is what trees look like!
however. i am willing to hear stupid theories about why there's no toilets in stardew valley. nobody's shitting in that game and i'm concerned
