He’d done a little research on his own, and with Logan’s reassurance and helpful input, they’d agreed to try something out. “I’m going to set my hands on you love, is that okay?” Logan murmured gently, looking up to see his boyfriend’s reaction. Before he did anything he wanted to make sure it was still okay, not wanting to startle Virgil too much with the touch.

Virgil nodded along and hummed in agreement to Logan’s words, a small smile gracing his lips. Hearing him ask little things like “is that okay” continued to make him relax and trust his partner, knowing that he wouldn’t ever do any this he said no to. “How does that feel? Is it too cold?” He asked, gently rubbing along Virgil’s ribs and up his chest, caressing the muscles again as they momentarily tensed under his touch.

“N-No, it’s good.. keep going..” Virgil said breathlessly, biting his lip as Logan removed a hand, likely to grab another ice cube by the sound of it. He squeaked softly in surprise as Logan started to draw swirling patterns over his skin with the ice, tracing little circles around his nipples before gently gliding down his abs. His muscles twitched under the attention, even as the cube diminished down to a small nub that rapidly melted against his skin. I promise it’ll be worth the wait.” Logan soothed, rubbing Virgil’s thigh affectionately as he reached over to dip a finger into the melted wax, testing the temperature. Once he’d deemed it safe to use he gathered some of the wax in a small ladle, making it easier to control and pour where he wished.

“Let me know if this is too.. hot for you, love..” He murmured, gently kissing Virgil’s neck and shoulder before starting to drip some of the wax over his chest. The surprise of it made Virgil’s breath hitch, but the heat was certainly welcome after the chill of the ice against his skin.

"That was incredible, Logan, thank you.." Virgil purred, sitting up slightly and reaching to pull Logan in for yet another kiss. It felt good to have use of his arms again, as much as he enjoyed being restrained while they were still at it.

"You never cease to make me feel anything less than amazing.." He murmured, making Logan laugh against his lips and pull away with a smile.

"I could say the same about you, dear. Now let me get you cleaned up, and then we can cuddle, okay?" He offered, gently shifting the tray to the side so he could stand up.

"Okay.." Virgil nodded, watching with a fond expression as Logan disappeared to retrieve a warm washcloth and whatever else to clean everything up. He didn't mind the mess of wax and oil and spit across his body, especially not when it made him feel so loved in the process. Besides, he had an inkling that Logan enjoyed it too, if not more so. They stayed close together as he was wiped down and the wax gently peeled from his skin and discarded, cuddling up against one another under the covers.

"I love you too, darling, more than anything. Now, get some rest.." Logan murmured back, reaching over to turn out the bedside lamp and remove his glasses as they both drifted off to sleep.
