I did it. After nearly six years of trying I did it, and honestly, it was fucking hilarious. I wasn't there for more than five minutes, but I remember telling my s/o (who's name is Matt) "shut the fuck up Jonathan" and then woke back up in my cr bedroom.

let me paint a picture of finances. youâre in a changing room, a sweater is âŹ600. youâre in a room with two voices:
âyou canât afford it.â
âyes you can, itâs already yours.â
and instead of entertaining both, BECAUSE you have a spine, you say:
âshut the fuck up. i already chose.â
âhow does one decide?â like this:
when your brain says âthatâs too much,â you go âshut the fuck up and go away. itâs not.â
when your heart says âwhat if it doesnât show up?â you say âshut the fuck up and go away. irrelevant.â
when the world says âprove it,â you say âoh my god do you ever shut up??????? watch me.â
deciding is being unreasonable, it is YOU being annoyingly sure. you are acting as if youâre the nepo baby of the universe. you donât need to feel like itâs yours, you just need to refuse to believe anything else.
the 3d tries to argue with your self-doubt, you need to ghost it. no emotional response or fear tantrum, just âlol. anyway.â
you donât wait to feel safe, you decide youâre already secure. why wait for proof when YOU are the proof.
and if it doesnât work immediately, donât flinch, donât spiral. just keep going. the 3d is a reflection of your thoughts and your thoughts alone.
you decide and then you act like the world is glitching until it stops glitching. and it will. it always does.

Learning how to be more familiar with shifting
and how and why do people constantly shift on accident while people who go up and beyond are usually not as successful?

I seen posts from people frustrated or even ready to give up on shifting. Theyâve tried every method, affirmation, or technique, yet nothing seems to work. At the same time, they see others sharing stories about shifting on accident, and it makes them wonder âWhatâs wrong with me? Why canât I shift when Iâm putting in so much effort?â
First of all, thereâs nothing wrong with you. Shifting is a deeply personal experience, and everyoneâs journey is different.
SO WHY DO PEOPLE SHIFT ON ACCIDENT?
(my opinion)
Most people who shift accidentally are able to let go naturally, without even realizing it. Letting go, in simple terms, means completely forgetting about the act of shifting itself.
Think about it this way: when youâre doing a method or affirming, youâre reminding yourself that youâre still in your CR. Even if youâre saying, âIâm shifting,â youâre acknowledging that thereâs a process happening and that youâre waiting for the shift to occur. This creates a sense of separation between you and your DR. Itâs like saying, âIâm almost there,â rather than, âIâm already there.â
What often happens with people who shift on accident, they immerse themselves in their DR, they stop perceiving a âprocessâ of shiftingâthey just exist in that reality.
HOW TO BECOME MORE NATURAL WITH LETTING SHIFTING GO?
First thing we need to learn even tho this is really common evidence:
Methods are tools, not rules.
Trust Yourself: The more you believe you can shift, the less youâll feel the need to control every part of the process.
What immersing yourself in your DR is?
Anything you want, no limits. Scenarios, going through a day in your DR, thinking about your s/o, thinking about your studies, your job, making outfits, thinking about dates with your s/o, hang outs with your friend group, texting, praising people in your DR, doing your make up in your DR.
Of course you can just think about your DR if you are not good with imagination.
The biggest takeaway here is that shifting isnât about tryingâitâs about being. When you let go of the idea of shifting as something you have to âachieveâ and simply allow yourself to exist in your DR.
So donât be discouraged if youâre struggling. Take a step back, relax, and allow yourself to enjoy the journey without putting so much pressure on yourself. Youâre closer than you think.

iâm really scared that i wonât ever shift, iâve been trying for almost five years and i donât know what else to do (iâve reprogrammed my mind, tried almost every method, taken breaks, etc.) i know itâs real and iâm determined to shift. Any advice or motivation?
Youâre going to shift. Youâve already shifted by sending me this message you have shifted. I think some people need to acknowledge that every choice you make leads you to another reality. What if you didnât send me this message, stepped into the street, and got hit by a bus and paralyzed. That would be a different reality then where you sent this to me safe at home. You have an unknown allergy to apples, you eat apples, and then you die. That action would send you to a different reality than it would have been if you ate a pear or if someone had medication. You get it? You donât need any method, reprogramming breaks, or anything else. Decide you have it, dwell in it, and accept it. You donât have to believe it at first just go on about your day with the knowledge in the back of your mind that you are where you want to be.

how shifting actually feels
from an experienced shifter
â many people have experienced symptoms when trying to shift, however not everyone does! when i had began my shifting journey, i used to always get symptoms, but now itâs very rare that i do. maybe iâve become so used to it that it doesnât correlate, or maybe it just comes that natural to me, either way i still shift. donât give up because you canât feel any symptoms, everyone is different.
â the first shift isnât shocking. you âwake upâ and it feels natural. thereâs no confusion, maybe a calm acknowledgement but thatâs it. you wonât need a minute to compose yourself, or get so overwhelmed you canât speak. you will remember all the events before you shifted, and it will feel like a natural continuation.
â when your dr selfâs memories come rushing in, it isnât that noticeable. it takes a split second for your memories to, letâs say, âupdateâ. you donât realise until you have to recall something, like remembering where your keys are or the password to your phone.
â doing things in your dr that you do not do in your cr comes naturally. for example, if you are an f1 driver in your dr, you will still know what you are doing. your brain holds the information you need.
â you are not the main character. istg if someone acts as if the whole world revolves around them in their dr one more time i will actually lose it. every single person in your dr has their own lives, their own feelings, etc. just like your cr. you are not special.

reality shifting isnât hard. youâve been told itâs hard because everyoneâs too scared to admit itâs not. they cling to their 800-step methods, their must-have crystals, their perfect conditions because they think that if they let go of that control, theyâll fail. but hereâs the thing: the more you try to control the process, the more you convince yourself itâs out of your control. and thatâs the problem. thatâs why so many people feel stuck. shifting isnât some big, far-fetched thing. itâs just you. itâs always been you.
weâre conditioned to think weâre powerless. think about itâschool, work, society, all of it drills this idea into us that everything has to be proven, earned, validated. so, when you hear about shifting, your brain freaks out and says, wait, wait, this is too easy, this canât be real. and then you spiral. you overcomplicate it. you make yourself think you need the âperfectâ script, the ârightâ subliminal, or that you have to meditate for three hours while the stars align perfectly. like, no⌠you donât. all of that? itâs fluff. itâs noise.
at its core, shifting is belief. just belief. no, really, let that sink in. you donât need to âdoâ belief perfectly. itâs not something you master through sheer willpower. itâs something you already have. youâve believed in things your whole life. you believed in gravity without needing proof. you believe your favorite songs are beautiful without needing to explain why. belief is natural. itâs effortless when you stop overthinking it. thatâs the energy you need to bring to shiftingâtrust. trust that your mind knows what itâs doing, and that if you let it, it will take you there. every single extra thing you pile on? the overthinking, the doubt, the need for guarantees? thatâs whatâs slowing you down. not the âlack of progress,â not some mythical âblockââitâs you convincing yourself itâs harder than it is.
and letâs talk about social media for a second. oh my god, the shifting community on social media⌠i get it. itâs comforting to see other people on this journey. but letâs be honestâhow much of that content is actually helping you? like, really? 90% of the time, scrolling through shifting advice isnât inspiring; itâs overwhelming. everyoneâs got their own opinions, their own âbest methods,â their own rules. one person says scripting is a must, another says itâs a waste of time. one person swears by affirmations, another says visualization is the only way. and before you know it, youâre sitting there questioning everything you thought you knew, wondering if youâll ever get it âright.â spoiler alert: you already know how to shift. you donât need a thousand voices telling you what to do. in fact, the more you listen to them, the harder it becomes to hear yourself.
take a break. seriously. log off the apps. give yourself space to breathe and think. ask yourself: why do i want to shift? whatâs stopping me? what feels right to me? no tiktok trend, youtube guide, or reddit post can answer those questions for you. only you can. and i know that sounds scary. weâve been conditioned to think we need external validation for everything, but shifting is a deeply personal thing. you donât need a step-by-step tutorial. you need to trust your instincts. thatâs it.
and let me be clear: iâm not saying methods or subliminals are bad. theyâre fine if they help you feel aligned. but theyâre not what makes shifting happen. you are. methods are just tools. if you use them, great. if you donât, thatâs great too. because the truth is, shifting isnât about doing things âright.â itâs about letting go of the idea that you need to.
so let me break it down for you. the only things you really need to shift are:
1. a desire. you have to want to go to your desired reality. no brainer, right?
2. belief. this is the big one. you have to trust itâs possible. no âwhat ifs,â no âbut hows.â just trust.
3. persistence. if it doesnât happen right away, thatâs okay. donât give up. if youâve ever learned to ride a bike, you know that falling doesnât mean you canât do itâit just means youâre learning. shifting is the same.
thatâs it. no fancy rituals, no endless research, no âperfectâ conditions. the process is simple because itâs natural. youâve probably done it before without even realizing itâ the only reason it feels hard now is because youâve convinced yourself it has to be.
stop making it harder than it needs to be. shifting isnât this unattainable, mystical thing reserved for âchosen ones.â itâs something anyone can do. you can do it. your mom can do it. that anti-shifter lurking in every crevice of shiftblr could do it. youâve always been capable. but you have to stop getting in your own way. stop doubting yourself. stop relying on others to tell you whatâs possible. this is your journey. own it.
and above all, be patient. shifting is not a race. itâs not about how fast you can get there or how perfect your dr is. itâs about trust, intention, and focus. log off, tune into yourself, and let it happen. shifting has always been yours to claim. itâs not something you need permission for. itâs not something you need to earn. itâs just you, your mind, and your belief. always has been, always will be.

HOW I INDUCE IT AGAIN..???
my dmâs are SMOTHERED in questions so iâll answer everything here as detailed as possible, after my two recent posts regards to what i manifested (which is the one i got most questions about ill explain how i induce pure consciousness)
i wanna remind you guys i donât use pure consciousness EVERY DAY i just induce it unintentionally, but again i said this in my first post of how i induce pure consciousness. i literally lay down and daydream and thats it. i only affirm maybe like 2-4 times and then my consciousness shifts because iâm too busy to affirm and worry about the 3D. AND thats literally it iâm being so honest with you, thats all i do. now how would i be aware iâve induced it? well in my opinion it just feels like nothing is there anymore i canât really explain itđ And i simply come back to reality from just wiggling my toes. its not hard guys please please FOR FUCKS SAKE stop crying about how its hard to do, sorry if i come off rude but the constant DMS of how i do it and how to induce is a lot to take in, i literally have a life. maybe try not to vent to me? iâm not a therapist nor a scientist iâm not going to have answers to everything. My DMS will be off for a bit not because im irritated but because its flooded and it overwhelms me. i donât have time to reply to 567 messages. iâm still in school and timezones are completely different iâm IN JAPAN.

do you have a hard time believing that youâre waking up in your dr? listen closely to the to-do list method

those of you who are only familiar to this reality know that you have responsibilities everyday and it ingrains us into this reality because we are doing things that are familiar to us. But the thing we often forget that we also have responsibilities in our drâs so here is what I want you to do.
1âchoose which reality youâre going to
2âgrab a notepad, your notes app or post-it-notes
3âwrite as many things that you need to do as soon as you wake up : picking up coffee, picking up your car from the mechanic, grocery/furniture shopping, buying a daily newspaper, making a delicious breakfast for example for your morning
4âcreate your to-do list for the day/get a planner for specifically your drs: in the afternoon what are you doing, where and when and what time are you meeting your friends, make tabs on who you have to text in the morning, write on your dr planner what time your pilates class is, what signature candle for your apartment did you run out of that you need to buy, do you need to go fall shopping, nail/lash appointment?
BE SPECIFIC, be into it, maybe even feel the stresses or excitement of your day, anticipate the rush
5âwhen you go to sleep, vision your morning, step by step what you have to do
do this religiously until you wake up in your dr/until you are familiar with what you need to do

How to loa,shift,void state and what if these things âdonât work for youâ
how to manifest:
1- decide what you want.
2- accept it as yours thatâs it, you have it.
you donât have to imagine but as human beings we always imagine so whenever you think or imagine something, imagine yourself with your desire because you already have it.
imagining yourself without your desire would mean that you donât have it. also you can affirm to remind yourself that you already got your desire but you donât have to think wether you are affirming to get or to remind, donât complicate it just affirm whenever you feel the need to.
how to shift:
realize that you are a consciousness and that you are already a master shifter. you donât have to do anything after you realize this because we were already born with this ability. reprogram your beliefs about shifting to make it become easy for you if you still have difficulty to shift without effort.you donât have to imagine yourself in your dr and you donât have to affirm you can just decide to shift to a certain reality and do so because remember, you are not stuck here this reality is just like any other reality
how to induce the void state:
the void state/pure consciousness/i am state/or whatever you call it doesnât matter, names are purely for convenience.
the void state is where we return to our natural state (pure consciousness) and there meets the consciousness with the soul with no ego, mind, or any other portions of us. only our soul and consciousness.
thatâs it , thats why manifesting there is instant and thats why its so peaceful and relaxing.
to induce the void state you just gotta let go of the physical world (the 3d)
what you can and cant do:
you can move your body
you can induce it with your eyes open (shift with eyes open as well)
you can daydream
you can think
you can focus on the black behind your eyelids
you can sleep and wake up in the void state (you can sleep in the middle of the method and still induce the void state or shift)
YOU CANâT think about the 3d or the physical because that would bring your awareness to the physical world again. however if you think about your dr you will instantly shift there.

â STOP CALLING IT YOUR DREAM REALITY
why is it desired when it has already happened?



You need to realise that you are already in the reality you have chosen, you are in the reality that is desired. Stop viewing your new life as far-fetched and magical. Some of you think that with the crazy things in your script, it makes it harder to shift, than it would be to manifest something âsmallâ. But let me tell you, youâre already there.
stop envying that girlâs body, you already have it, if not better
stop envying all the rich peopleâs vacations and hauls you see on socials, you live that life
stop envying the person with the pretty face, you have one too
stop getting jealous of a certain pop group, tv show cast or celebrity for getting to do the things that you want to do, you ARE doing all that you have ever wanted
stop envying the person your s/o has dating rumours with, theyâre yours and always have been
because youâre a god.
stop getting jealous of the person with the perfect parents and rich family, your family was real the second you scripted them, you see them every day, no big deal
donât you get it? the 3d isnât real, what youâre seeing isnât real if you donât want it to be.
itâs not your dream reality, itâs your current reality, get comfortable and casual about it, itâs your everyday life, nothing special to you. stop scrambling for methods as if you arenât in your reality already. stop treating your new life as a prize, itâs nothing special because you had it the second you thought about it. stop viewing your new life as some accomplishment to strive for, itâs your everyday experience, again nothing special.
as a god, every reality is your creation, why are you looking at your creations as the prize when the prize is you? why are you looking at your new life as something to work hard for, something to put effort in to have? why, why, why when itâs already yours?
you cant leave if you donât acknowledge that this new life is already yours. Youâll always be in the state of desiring and never in the state of having if you donât fix this mindset. It also puts more pressure on you when attempting to induce pure consciousness, you think everything is riding on inducing pure consciousness, you think your dream wont happen if you donât do it. why do you think the weight of your new life relies on whether youâre able to induce pure conscious or whether youâre able to shift, when itâs already yours and you already live that life?
iâll tell you why you think this way: itâs because you donât see it as yours yet, you think it will only become yours when you have done all these things.
what you see: script + void/âI AMâ state ⯠my dream life is finally mine
you see it as a process when it isnât one, there is no process
what actually happens: iâve created my dream life in my head ⯠i have it now, itâs not a dream anymore
itâs an immediate chain of events, not a process. so stop with the jealousy, being miserable and asking the same questions, itâs BEEN yours
as soon as you take that pressure away from the act of shifting, because you KNOW your new life belongs to you no matter what, it puts less stress on you, making inducing pure consciousness easier
thatâs it thatâs all, ITS ALREADY YOURS DONT SEE IT AS A PROCESS đđ

How to shift realities from someone who regularly does
Hii! I am pretty new to the Tumblr shifting community and I didnât really plan on posting anything but after browsing around a bit, I kind of wanted to give my two cents on shifting. I used to be active in the Amino community back then but then I took a break to focus on myself. Some time passed since then and I have been shifting pretty regularly now. And after looking through some posts, I wanted to share some things to maybe help others.
Disclaimer: I fully believe shifting is personal and should be tailored to you. What works for me might not work for you and thatâs okay! However, I would be very glad if this helped someone. Also excuse how I explain some things. Since I just got back, Iâm not very caught up with new shifting terminology so Iâm just going to explain how I understand it instead.
You are only consciousness. That is what you are and what you will always be. There will never be any reality, circumstances, doubts, fears, or anything tied to you unless you allow it to. You as consciousness, your only role is to experience and be conscious of things. So as you become conscious of new things, you shift.
As consciousness, your natural state is the void state. You only experience reality when you take on a vessel, which is your body. So through these vessels, you experience reality. And as you live in these vessels, you will encounter its emotions, doubts, and thoughts. This is why people say you are not your doubts or fears, because truly you are not. You are only experiencing it through the vessel. They are not your own, but the vesselâs.
So to shift realities, you simply decide a reality then become conscious of it. Literally just that, you decide and then become. Thereâs nothing more or less to it I swear.
I think the reason why many people fail to comprehend this is because they had been putting in so much effort that they couldnât believe how actually effortless it really is. I think itâs because they try to force it without understanding how it just comes naturally. Shifting shouldnât be about taking control but rather just be. I see people asking how this and how that and am I doing it right, and I just want to say forget all about that and focus on just being.
You had always just been consciousness experiencing reality through a vessel your whole life. You had always made a choice on a reality then proceeded to become aware of it. So now decide on that reality that you want and just be conscious of it. Thatâs all it is. If it helps, help yourself understand that you are only consciousness. Remind yourself throughout the day, when you experience this vesselâs doubts, or before you sleep. Truly understand that you are not tied down by anything because you are literally just consciousness.
If you question why you should listen to me, it is because I was in your shoes before. For a really long time, I really thought that shifting is just not something I could do and that it was all just an inside joke. I was at my all time low and I just didnât know what to think or believe anymore. Yet, here I am, shifting as regularly as I sleep. That being said though, I donât want you to idolize me or envy me. Donât idolize a consciousness when you are literally one as well and can do anything I can.
I hope this post was understandable. Iâm not much of an explainer but I tried my best.
