I actually swear on this, it doesn't matter who you are, how much symptoms you experience during each attempt, how you assume, also this post won't have any fancy or heavy words, to make this accessible for everyone.
I've hinted this before in my previous post. I named this "melt, mold and rise" method. This post will be in depth detail, covering every corner and doubt. It will feel like me walking you through shifting.
As the name suggests, this method is divided in three phases.

࣪ ִֶָ☾. Melt. .𖥔 ݁ ˖
If you're a shifter, you're already familiar with what this entails. I just put a weird word to it, read ahead and it'll make much more sense.
What am i supposed to do in this step?
Shift in this reality. Don't reread that. sorry for the random cut off, but here is some important background you have to read before we move forward:
"If we were to ever talk about diagnosing the root of shifting "blockages" the first topic I'll bring up is that you almost always, attempt shifting here. So what happens is that shifting is no longer considered a multiversal travel in a snap but rather a ability this reality possesses. This reality is not your base reality but you sure do treat it like one. Sleep methods, dependent on sleep here. Awake methods focused on symptoms here. Subliminals, reprogramming your mind here. Without sounding like the biggest asshole for having shifted, all of these "precautions", "locking in", "robotic affirming" is the biggest most useless waste of time which only wears yourself out here and makes you lean into the hollow and grounded directions of this reality. This reality is not special enough to put it on this high of a pedestal. Are you telling me you can only shift if you please the terms and conditions of this reality? Let's save ourself the years of wait, seclude this reality, and your desired reality. Only you can grant mere realities the right of existence, through the key that is your consciousness.
Instead of satisfying realities, satisfy yourself. Instead of serving realities let realities serve you."
Tldr: the reason you're unable to shift is that you try to shift in this reality.
Why would I add this step if we are not supposed to do this?
We do have to get away from this reality. We simply move past this reality by adopting and completing the activities that we would do mindlessly while in desperation to shift, here.
What is the course of action in this step?
Affirm normally. Set an intention that you've shifted to your dr and make your brain go blank here. You can do this by focusing on the blankness behind your eyes. You can choose to repeat a mantra.. all the things you've heard and done before.
An important note to take: at this point, you've shifted out of this reality. Intention are direct instructions and firm decisions made by the consciousness. You can't argue with your consciousness.
Right at this stage you will feel resistance from your brain and body here. Do not get demotivated when your brain starts checking for symptoms, or when it demands proof.
With an intention you have certainty. Lightly rehearse the intention in your mind with confidence. Observe the struggle turning into acceptance. It will give in, once you don't give up.
This entire phase is only supposed to last for 3 minutes. You won't be keeping track of time. Time would have disappeared for you. For the sake of this post we are timing it.
This entire process would have last 3 hours. You shortened it by accessing your consciousness.
Now that you're not here...

࣪ ִֶָ☾. Mold. .𖥔 ݁ ˖
Your awareness needs an outlet. Now that you've stripped it of the previous reality it was in its the perfect time to plug it in your desired reality.
You are there, but you will become aware of it in this step.
What is the course of action in this step?
Affirm, think, realise in whatever way you can:
"I have gained awareness in my dr."
Softly and gently guide your awareness to this reality. You don't force it because you have no reason to. At this point you're still in your dr, remember and hold onto that.
5 senses. Light visualisation. Adding context to how you ended up where you are currently in your dr. Twitch your fingers and toes as your dr self (< this is the premise of the "puppeteer method"), get ready to start your new day in your dr. You pick up your dr self from here. It's your territory now. You can drop the hyper vigilance if you'd like. Get comfy. It's alright if you acknowledge or excite over being there, just don't let that translate to excitement regarding almost touching the ground in your dr. The only logic that's valid in the multiverse are the actions your consciousness performs. We've intended we are in our drs. Don't invalidate logic.
You can start thinking like your dr self. It's up to you to determine if you're even thinking or you are just waking up groggy from sleep. Don't berate yourself or ever stop yourself when you think things aren't going according to plan. There is no plan. There is just plain and simple existence.
This phase should take you around 5 minutes.

࣪ ִֶָ☾. Rise. .𖥔 ݁ ˖
Reality will trigger for you.
If you have a "feeling" that you're not in your dr, bring up the intention with force, like how you would recall any other truth of basic nature; like how grass is green. so that doubts feel stupid for doing their job.
You can also have a conversation with your consciousness, as strange as it sounds, your dr self can be made aware of the shift by your consciousness therefore solidifying the shift in your dr.
You can also have a conversation with your spiritual guide or ... God.
It will all tie together when the idea of the previous reality feels more unreal. You don't have to get overly celebratory, overly emotional. When the intention bounces along the walls of your consciousness, the previous reality has no power against it, considering you don't let doubts strip you of your right to be in your dr.
Any other figments of negative emotions and circumstances will dissappear.
Once you get clarity of your own command, you'll realise:
You brought yourself here, and you'd realise here that all you needed was yourself to shift. Literally.
Since you've shifted here, we are not keeping track of time even on text because your time in your dr is indefinite and up to you... duh.

.𖥔 ݁ ˖Conclusion.
The code to shifting is intend through your consciousness (not through your brain), the brain has no role in shifting. Your awareness is the turn of the key to your dr. You don't even have to properly align with your dr, simply because you are already aligned since before you were even born.
Utilise consciousness and awareness, that's all you need to do. Now let's stop the discourse of how to shift, at least I'll stop from my side.
I highly recommend lengthening the method if it suits you, just whatever keeps you comfortable.
Also, go try this out right now in the bathroom. On the contrary you can even shorten it up.

the dream method
… you are currently in a dream
this is for the anon in my inbox asking about methods. inspired by @hrrtshape anti method, which lives forever in my mind like a spellbook. this is my version. and it works. like wake-up-in-your-dr works.
you’re not stuck. you’re not trying to shift. you’re not reaching. you’re just dreaming.
this whole place, your current reality? it’s a dream. you are asleep in your dr, safe and warm and home. and this life you think you’re living is just your dream self walking through a fog. a little movie you’re watching behind your eyelids.
so what do you do?
you don’t fix the dream. you don’t analyse is. you don’t wait for it to suddenly vanish. you wake up.
you tell yourself: this is a dream. i’m dreaming. i’m already in my dr. i’ve woken up from this dream.
and you don’t give in to the thoughts that push back. you don’t explain yourself to the voice that’s telling you no. you just keep going. keep affirming.
why does this work? because your subconscious is always listening.
and it doesn’t care if you’re screaming your affirmations or whispering them in your sleep. it’s not looking for emotions. it’s not analysing how “real” it feels. it’s just responding to the story you keep telling.
so when you tell it “i’m in a dream. i’m already there” again. and again. and again…
your subconscious says: okay.
you do not need to visualise.
you do not need to feel anything.
you do not need to “connect” to your dr.
you do not need to wait for a sign or a symptom.
you just need to decide. “i’m already there.” not because it feels real. not because you believed perfectly. but because you said so. that’s enough. your subconscious doesn’t care if your voice is shaky. it doesn’t check for proof. it just follows the dominant assumption.
and the more you assume it, the more it settles into place. the less resistance, the less confusion. until your eyes open, and they open in the right world. you didn’t earn it. you didn’t force it. you just woke up.
✨ this is a dream. about time you woke up, don’t you think?

 rules of the challenge ,
you are allowed to spiral, but you are not allowed to stay there.
nothing needs to change externally, this is about internal containment.
you can react emotionally, but you do not assume that emotion = truth.
you never declare something bad as permanent.
you do not speak lack out loud, you can feel it, you don't verbalise it.
no complaining posts. i mean. if you want, you can vent. but it also feeds the same loop you're trying to starve.
you remind yourself that the 3d is your former assumptions in shape, it's not a permanent position.
your priority is to hold the new stance of you no longer handing your power to what you see, to stay still when the world pokes you. no letting the 3d control your reactions.

today, i'm not reacting to the 3d, i can notice it, i can observe it, but i'm not taking orders from it.
i already decided who i am and what's mine, the 3d will catch up when it's ready.
if it's not what i want, it's not real.
this reality is not the final word.

 if you slip into self-deprecation (and that's normal) ,
that's the old script, i don't need that to run anymore.
i'm not that version of me now.
i'm allowed to feel bad and still keep my assumption.
this doesn't mean anything as it is just noise.
so, if you're feeling unwell about your circumstance, be it your physical appearance, grades, relationships, finances, or shifting journey, you just reroute your mind to the stance of:
this is temporary.
this is neutral until i decide what it means.
i'm still assuming what i want, and i'm not dropping my assumption because of this.

don't over-celebrate. just note it, like, see? things move when i don't chase. this teaches your brain that calm = power.

 optional for the all-in-crowd :  you don't emotionally narrate what you're not getting ,
no more why hasn't it happened yet, or ugh this is taking too long, or i guess this just isn't for me.
no more of you cementing the old version!!!!! you can still feel frustration, but you don't use language to stabilise it at ALL anymore. let it come, and let it go.

 closing statement ,
by the end of the 2 weeks (or whatever other time frame you choose to do this in), you'd have built the version of you who doesn't abandon themself when the world doesn't mirror them yet.
you're saturating, yes, but you're also not letting old versions of reality keep deciding how you feel and ending the habit of turning lack into identity.
being still and being rooted and being unmoved.
and when you can do that, even a little, then everything else has to catch up.

I had to clean the house and to put it in prospective, we have white floors which means it doesn't matter how much you clean it, the floors are gonna be dirty as hell so i just wanted it to be over as quickly as possibile. I didn't really think much about it while dusting the house and than suddenly my dad showed up telling me to get ready because he wanted to visit our cousins. I dont know how but i was done cleaning in max 10-15 minutes.

i was on a call with my parents to tell them the youngest sibiling sneaked out and i was talking about punishments. my parents tend to be very easygoing but this time my mom agreed with me and my dad only protested one and that's it.

another success story with @hrrtshape 's challenge and not only once but three times. i'm actually shocked cause this is the first time i manifested every i wanted almost instantly.
I forgot to post it yesterday.

i get what i want without asking twice

���test , choose one small, specific desire and assume it's already on the way (free coffee, exact parking spot, dm from xyz)
⤷affirmation , i don't chase, i attract, and i attract fast.

ᥫ᭡. my first desire was for my sibilings to just sleep through me taking a long shower, simply because they always yell at me ti get out. it's annoying and i just wanna relax. only when i was done did the youngest knock
ᥫ᭡. my second desire was for my sister to wash the dishes without me having to ask her and guess what? The first thing she did after waking up was wash the breakfast dishes before making hers.
this last one had been harder to manifest simply because i kept checking on the 3D over and over again. i wouldn't just leave it alone but after i fixed that it was all good
ᥫ᭡. the third one was a text from my one friend who had been busy with exams and we hadn't been really talking. she ended up replying to a reel i sent to the gc, early in the morning. i didn't even remember sending it and she was the first to reply

day 3 of @hrrtshape 's challenge and I can't stop winning. this is the first time i noticed how easily i could have shifted my mentality this whole time and how so many of the obstacles were just in my head. for the first time i actually took control and got rid of them and noticed immediate results

⤷ affirmation , people treat me as if i'm someone they've already decided to love.

i'm not going to lie, today i had pretty low hopes for my assumption simply because i was going to stay at home all day and i was gonna be pretty much alone. people can't really be nice to you when they aren't around or at least that's what i thought.
anyway the day startd pretty slow and than the 3D started conforming once i realised that i was proceeding with the assumption that i have to see people for them to be nice. the instant i fixed that suddenly i was getting so many texts and calls
ᥫ᭡. My brother kissed my forehead to celebrate some good news which left me dumbfounded cause his love language is gift giving and annoying the crap out of you. he hates physical touch while i love it.
ᥫ᭡. i changed my mentality and instantly i received a call from my cousin inviting me to stay over at her place since my parents were on a trip. she even offered to have her husband come pick me up
ᥫ᭡. it was one of my friend's birthdays and she pointed out how i always make sure to congratulate as if she was the youngest of the group and i have never missed a year yet
ᥫ᭡. i texted my friend for the study date early in the day and she replied after i changed the assumption. we ended up talking about how we missed each other
ᥫ᭡. my parents called me mutiple times on their trip and told me how they regretted not bringing me with them
ᥫ᭡. on one of the calls my mom and dad started playfully arguing and my mom shut it off by telling my dad that he couldn't fight back because i wasn't there to defend her today

it's day two of @hrrtshape challenge and i would actually like to profess my undying love for her because i had no idea i was capable of so much.
you know how normally people tell you that you control every single thing happening in your life and you are the maker of your own relity and you're like yeah, of course. they actually might be onto something.

i'm lucky to the point of suspicion
⤷intention , things go right for me by default
⤷test , assume you'll avoid inconvenience. no traffic, no long lines, no wifi crashes
⤷affirmation , things always work out for me. even if they shouldn't.

So apparently i have been shooting myself in the foot everytime i manifested because this time i didn't let my doubt wins. I would either repeat the affirmation or just distract myself someway and somehow. So here we have a list off all the things that went my way (i was very tired today so dont judge me for being lazy)
ᥫ᭡. everytime i had to cross the street, the road would be empty or the car would stop even though there were no zebra crossing
ᥫ᭡. i go on short morning hikes but the roads are tiny and everytime some vehicle passes i have to literally press myself to the side but this time somehow the road was always big enough for me to continue walking
ᥫ᭡. i've been craving milkshakes for a week and my mom made it for me. i got three glasses which is kinda impossible cause mom always gives it extra to my sibilings
ᥫ᭡. i listen to subliminals but i dont really have a set playlist. i wanted to play a specific one but i was already listening to another and i was also really sleepy so i palnned on staying up but fell asleep anyway. When i woke up the subliminal was playing
ᥫ᭡. i needed to book a place to stay for my parents for a vacation and it took me 15 minutes to find a good one with reasonable prices
ᥫ᭡. i was preparing lunch but i didn't feel like it so mom took over
ᥫ᭡. my mom put away her suitcase and she wanted me to search for it. i found it in five minutes
ᥫ᭡. my brother went out and on his way back bought my favourite tea
ᥫ᭡. my dad got me cherries which i had been also craving
ᥫ᭡. my friend hit me up for a study date even though she hates studying around people
ᥫ᭡. mom told me not to make dinner because she was gonna get pizzas
ᥫ᭡. posted on my private accounts without overthinking my whole life
turns out this is actually pretty easy when you dont think about it

I decided to join @hrrtshape new challenge.
I have a pretty good understanding of manifestation and shifting but I have a really bad habit of constantly searching for proof in the 3D so let's fix it.

my world obeys me
⤷ intention , the 3d reflects my thoughts, not the other way around.
⤷ test , assume you'll hear a specific word today (butterfly, ocean, apple, whatever)
⤷ affirmation , my assumptions are law. i think it, i see it.  
I chose the word freedom in a literature contest, specifically poetry. I decided this at 5 am in the morning. It was the first thing I did when I woke up so i affirmed a few time and than I just got on with my day. At the start i kept thinking about and trying to pay attention to the 3D but by 7am I got distracted and continued with my morning. I grabbed my phone at 10am and just started scrolling through tiktok and I ended up finding the word freedom in a comment section about the Hamilton Musical.

[ day four ] i get what i want without asking twice intention , test instant manifestation test , choose one small, specific desire and assume it's already on the way (free coffee, exact parking spot, dm from xyz) affirmation , i don't chase, i attract, and i attract fast.

[ day eight ] the universe is obsessed with me intention , test synchronicity test , pick a sign to appear today, not a maybe, just declare it will affirmation , the universe follows my lead, always.
