The world of BNHA is so weird and fascinating and something it has yet to address is how like… “normal” things are affected by all these quirks

Toru is straight-up invisible can you imagine what it was like when she was born? Imagine being a doctor trying to deliver an invisible baby wow that’d be a story. Imagine being the parent of an invisible two-year-old. Heaven forbid you look away while they’re in the bath and they jump out and whoops you lost your kid.

Midnight emits a gas that puts folks to sleep. Imagine raising a child like that. She doesn’t like the way you are talking to her? Boom. Asleep. Now she can eat as much candy as she wants and you can’t stop her.

Let’s face it Momo was probably a very quiet and easy child to raise. She probably had her head in the books all the time, studying molecules and elements, and then if she ever wanted a toy she saw on TV she’d just… make it for herself. Instantly. In whatever color she wanted. Probably never once threw a tantrum over a toy. On the other hand her parents probably had to deal with soooo much junk. I bet local charities wallowed in toy donations.

Tokoyami has a bird head. And that’s not even his quirk. He just… has a bird head. What do his parents look like.

A lot of people have weird looks to them that aren’t even their quirk. Cementoss is a rock. Mina is pink and has horns. Koji looks like… that. What do their parents look like.

I really honestly would love some side stories of the “mundane” life of normal citizens and how they deal with their children in such a world. I bet playgrounds are mayhem.
