Day 2 (Two) : What age do you regress to?

I have two different ranges, but I can regress between 0-6 (zero to six), or I can regress to about 10-14 (ten to fourteen). It really just depends, honestly.

My question for you!! Did anything interesting happen today?

Day 1 (One) : How did you get into agere?

I stumbled upon the concept back in 2022/2023 on TikTok (not the most reliable source, I know) from a video that was like "feeding u a dino nuggie cause u did amazing today <3" and saw it tagged as #sfwageregression or something like that. I spiraled into the idea for a bit before realizing, "Oh, hey, this is something I do without thinking about it. it's... interesting?" I did a bit more research on it, and bam!! Age regressor!! (Then I learned I'm a flip, lol)

My question for you!! How was your day today, everyone?

meal ideas!

low energy ("do not ask me to do any prep work at all, so help me god")

mozzerella cheese wrapped in pepperoni ("pizza tacos"!)

hummus and pretzels or naan (putting the naan in the microwave for like 10 seconds...heavenly)

canned chili (with shredded cheese and sour cream if you have it! boom done!)

instant miso soup (warm and lovely!)

cheese and cured meat, olives, canned fish, crackers, dried fruit, or whatever easy "charcuterie" type items you like

alternate bites of apple and spoonfulls of peanut butter (mixing honey or chocolate chips to the peanut butter is my favorite)

a "deconstructed sandwich": bites of lunch meat, pickles, cheese, cherry tomato, etc (I love roast beef and white cheddar for this)

yogurt and granola or fruit

medium energy ("I'll boil water but don't ask me to chop shit")

boiled eggs and fresh veggies (put a little salt on top of the eggs for pizzaz!)

buttered noodles (take it up to level 10 and add roasted garlic; takes 30 mins in an oven, only one swoop of the knife required)

baked potato with toppings (I like cheese, bacon, broccoli, green onion, and sour cream)

quesadilla (add some canned beans, cilantro, or avocado!)

pot roast (requires a lot of time but not a lot of actual work. I love it with peas!)

cuban sandwich (bread, swiss, pickle, mustard, ham... my favorite thing to panini-ify by far)

pan-fried tofu with scallion sauce (this sauce goes well with everything and tofu is no exception)

pancakes or waffles! (I love mine with jam)

ham, pickle, and cream cheese roll-ups

fried eggs (with toast and lots of butter...so comforting)

fruit smoothie (bananas, frozen strawberries, yogurt...or whatever!)

I hate salad but could write essays on this copycat olive garden salad (throw it in a bowl! chopping required if you use onion)

spaghetti (controversial maybe but angel hair > spaghetti noodles)

pasta salad (olives broccoli fresh mozerella... those little mini pepperonis... yeah)

high energy ("I don't mind chopping some things up!")

stuffed shells with spinach

chicken and roasted garlic (oh my god.....one of my all time favorites)

beef tacos (I like mine with cilantro and onion, and when I'm feeling especially high energy I love a tomatillo salsa)

chicken alfredo

tom kha gai (a thai soup and my absolute favorite! you just need access to galangal)

lasagna! (freezes well and then boom! low energy meal for later)

pad thai! (not as hard as you'd think, as long as you have access to tamarind paste!)

potstickers! (this is a lovely group activity if you want to cook with housemates!)

rice and beans

bang bang shrimp (ogughfhgfuh I love it. you can also do bang bang tofu!)

minestrone soup (so many nice veggies!)

fried rice (put whatever you have on hand in there! broccoli, peas, carrot, and beef is my favorite combo)

broccoli cheddar soup

spring rolls and peanut sauce

skewers (such as beef, onion, zucchini, bell pepper... you don't need a grill, oven works!)

roasted turkey with garlic parmesean asparagus

pork chop with mashed potatoes

other tips:

whenever you think of a meal you'd like to make, take 3 seconds to google search it, take a screenshot of the image results, and put it in a "food ideas" folder. instant visual menu!

•sayori is an outgoing and very caring caregiver!! she loves taking care of you and is always happy to be there.

•she gives the best hugs! she’ll see you doing absolutely anything while regressed and, if you were comfortable with affection, randomly give you the warmest hug. always snuggles you when it’s bedtime, too!

•her go to pet names are angel and darling, but she thinks of really cheesy ones, too! there was one time she called you her honey bunches of oats and you two giggled for so long over it.

•would never turn down snacks. if you hum and excitedly point towards an ice cream shop, she’d pull over and you two would eat ice cream together. or if you lingered a bit too long on a certain something in the grocery store, she’d buy it and you two could share it when you got home.

•encourages you to pursue your hobbies in any way you see fit! if you like coloring, no pressure to carefully keep it inside of the lines. if you like writing, no need to conform to a certain style! you like to draw? she’d tape absolutely anything you made onto the fridge <3

•sayori’s not afraid to make a bit of a mess. if it was raining, she’d dress you in proper clothing and let you two splash in all the puddles, making mud pies too! fingerpainting won’t faze her, in fact, she might even pull out some glitter. some days you’ll walk out of your room to find a whole pillow fort in the living room, pillows and blankets scattered everywhere.

•always willing to do things with your stuffed animals! she knows all of their names by heart (even if she struggles sometimes,, you’ll sometimes have a trivia game where you ask her about your stuffies and she has to answer!)

•will guard stuffies if you needed to leave for a second and is absolutely willing to give you a tickle attack with them hehe

•sayori loves doing activities outdoors with you!! she’ll bring chalk out and you can draw all over the concrete, or she’ll bring some bubbles so you can blow them together in the yard.

•absolutely cuts the crusts off of your sandwiches and adheres to anything specific you have with your meals. she just wants you to be happy and enjoy your food!

•monika is a very caring and maybe sightly overprotective caregiver!! she’s so happy to be your caregiver. i think she really enjoys feeling like she can look after you and keep you safe from everything <3

•treats you really small,, she’s the kind of caregiver to say, “you’re far too small to be doing something like that by yourself!” she really likes helping you out when you’re small, even if it’s just as simple as fixing a loose strand of hair or something like cooking a meal for you.

•her favorite pet names for you are baby, sweetheart, honey and little one! i think she would find it super adorable if you called her mama or moni or anything like that <3

•very very involved with you! if you’re coloring on the floor, she’ll go over next to you and start coloring her own picture! or if you’re building a pillow fort, she will help gather pillows and blankets and figure out how to position the chairs!

•monika can be a slightly strict caregiver, but only for your health!! if you look sleepy, she’ll insist on a nap (she’ll snuggle you though!!). she always makes sure that you’re eating three sufficient meals and that you have had at least some water. she doesn’t want to seem like she’s nagging! but your health is important to her.

•plays the piano for you!! she’ll play lullabies to lull you to sleep or pretty songs that make you smile. sometimes, she’ll let you sit next to her/on her lap and play something of your own. even if you’re just pressing keys or making your own melodies, she loves seeing you partake in an activity she loves!

•monika would also softly sing you songs. she loves humming a bunch of tunes for you, especially ones like “you are my sunshine” or the opening song of your favorite cartoon!

•i think she would read you a lot of poetry. she would especially read you love poems, so you know just how much she loves you! sometimes she even reads you some of her own c:
