Open Intro

The paperwork.  He had finally finished it.  It had taken him nearly five hours, but he'd finally managed to get it all out of the way.  He whined as he flopped over his desk, dropping his head against it heavily.  What he wanted -- no, needed -- now was a milkshake.  A chocolate swirled, vanilla milkshake.  Which meant he'd have to find the energy to get up and head out to Mickey D's, but it was damn well worth it at this point.  And definitely deserved. Pushing his chair back from the desk, he spun it around, and hauled himself to his feet, rubbing his thumb of his left hand into the palm of his right.  Oh, God, the cramps he was feeling ...  " I'm done for a week, "  he whined to himself even though he knew he'd be set right back to work in a few hours at best.  Obama wasn't demanding per se, but ...  Alfred still didn't like him very much.  He was too young to understand what he was doing, and he was mostly talk ... He bustled through the White House, greeting people on the way out as he grabbed his bomber jacket and shrugged into it, then slipped out the front, beelining out the gate.  Once his foot hit the sidewalk, he felt a rush of relief.  That was the biggest sign that work was over, at least for now.  A sign of his freedom.  That was a huge thing with him. " To Mickey D's! "  he called out moronically, not minding the fact he caught a ton of peoples' attention by doing so.  Idiot.
