WEEKLY HOROSCOPES 4/16-4/22 - HOW TO WIN THE GAME

No one can say that they are stuck in a rut these days. If you are the sort that finds comfort in the life you already have, get ready for some of the good to be amped up, and any stuff that might have been swept under a rug will need to be dealt with. If you have wanted a change, a rebirth or some kind of adventure (be it internal or external) know that this is the week that’s going to bring it. Mercury RX is going direct this week; now we get to clean up anything messy or left for “later”.  After a bombastic New Moon in Aries, the rest of the week supports shift and positive change. Use this energy this week; it’s a warm up for what the rest of the spring has to offer…but only if you are willing to take this trip.

HOW TO WIN THIS WEEK:

ARIES SUN/RISING: It’s high time for you to get a proper playlist for the new adventures you’ve got brewing. Do you have an entrance song? Do you know what your overall new vibe is? If you are still feeling your ways around this, music is a great way to help focus this kind of energy. You are upgrading your existence in a major way; while you may be tempted to slip slid into old paradigms you’ll need to resist this urge. It’s cowardly and beneath you. Use your up-level vibe to bring your past up to date.

TAURUS SUN/RISING: There’s a deep awareness of the luxury of giving you the space and time to evolve and grow. Having this knowledge keeps you from getting impatient at the rate of change that you are undergoing; you know instinctively that it’s all about timing. CAPRICORN SUN/RISING: Find yourself a certifiable mentor this week. Baring that, don’t take advice from your well-meaning people. If you feel called to engage in a home overhaul, use your instincts here; spruce up your home, and solidify your core relationships. AQUARIUS SUN/RISNG: Tons of folks think that the element ruled by your sign is water (Aquarius=water/ you are referred to as the “water bearer”) however the truth is that you are air, and your clarity of thought can direct the flow of emotion. Remember this fact for the next few weeks. That being said, this week there will be a mystery to be solved. Some odd connection and communication will come to the forefront, and be handled in an amazing way. You have a new focus now, and it’s going to pave the way for a new breath of air into your life.

PISCES SUN/RISING: You can finally breathe once again. The past few weeks has brought up a bunch of old ghosts, feelings and thoughts that you had assumed where buried and done. WEEKLY HOROSCOPE 4/9 - 4/15 - TOUGH

This week has us in the dark moon phase before the New Moon, and the last week of Mercury RX. What have you learned? It’s been a fraught couple of weeks of intense change, and this week can bring a perspective that we were not ready for before.

HOW TO WIN THIS WEEK:

ARIES SUN/RISING: So what next? You’ve gone through a very personal fire, and you are ready for some kind of action, even though you know that your knuckles are still bruised and your jaw might still be sore. You were born for the fight…or so you thought; someone called your bluff and now you know what your blind spots are. You are no longer a welterweight; you are now upgraded to middleweight. You might not be as swift, but you sure are far more substantial.

TAURUS SUN/RISING: It’s no longer about comfort for you, or a status upgrade based upon whom you are linked up with. Maybe you think that this doesn’t apply to you…but look to your friends; is status a thing? If so you’ll find that you are more attracted to the sheer connection that you can have with others, rather than how it can up level the perception others might have of you. Listen, you are badass enough all on your own; you are learning this, and you are attracting the right accomplices for your newest shift.

GEMINI SUN/RISING: Are you in integrity in your relationships? Remember that the grass is the greenest where it is watered. Are you investing in your relationships…the ones that will force you into depth diving? Or are you avoiding the work that goes with that kind of vibe? While many are using Mercury RX as an excuse for dodgy behavior, you are hip to the fact that you are the master of your own fate. The old paradigm is fading. CANCER SUN/RISING: So no, you don’t get much breathing room even though it’s Mercury RX, and a dark moon to boot. You are now the trendsetter, by sheer virtue of how strong, steady and steadfast you are. I’m also sensing that many of you Libra folks may have suffered from a libido slow down; however these days that’s a thing of the past. WEEKLY HOROSCOPES 3/26 - 4/2 THAT ODD DARK DESIRE

This week has an odd edge to it that can taste metallic like a penny; it’s a necessary mix of being tested and of pushing boundaries. You want to toe the line? You want to create that new thing that will break you out of your cage? This is the week for you. This Full/Blue Moon in Libra reminds us that cooperation with those we don’t necessarily dig is worth the squeeze, so play nice. In fact, this whole week recommends that we play nice outwardly but do our own thing behind closed doors. Venus conjunct Uranus, Sun Square Saturn and Mars conjunct Saturn adds an edge; if we don’t fight our desire for something deeper and impolite we won’t be compelled to do something destructive. This is, oddly enough, a great week for conjuring something that can be solid and potential for growth.

This week is perfect for getting in touch with the darker needs and desires that lie beneath the veneer of civility; we need the veneer. However that doesn’t stop the desire. Just a side note; nothing should ever stop the desire.

TAURUS SUN/RISING: You will hook up with folks this week who just don’t have a clue. However your ruler Venus is busy AF and causing a ruckus. Quite simply this week you are on the brink of something outrageous and you cannot afford any naysayers storming your castle. That being said it’s also time to begin your plotting for your next phase. What do you want to conquer next? What has to happen next? Keep in mind that you also have clearance to get rid of knights or foot soldiers that can’t keep pace with you.

AQUARIUS SUN/RISING: You are pretty much an exorcist this week. You are getting in touch with your ability to banish old crap lurking in your psyche, and you are rather ruthless about it. I admire this aspect of your persona this week; I would also recommend that you are getting more settled in your powers, and your ability to reset what your next phase of change looks like. However you deeply desire a vehicle in expressing your raw power; you’ll be able to…it just might not look like how you think it should.

PISCES SUN/RISING: This week will swiftly insist that you rethink how you define yourself in context to what you can and will do. How well do you know the you that you are morphing into? The old verbs and adjectives of who you are and what you do are outdated. This week will reveal this to you; it might make you feel odd and naked without the armor of definitions…but you are nothing if not flexible. Don’t put any attachment to anything about who you were or who you are; its that sense of becoming is where the real adventure happens.

HECATE, JESSICA JONES AND THE DARK MOON GUARDIAN

Hecate has gotten a dicey rep; yes, she’s associated with the dark moon. During the dark moon, Hecate is waiting for you to ask her for her wisdom; she will guide you through the dark…her bravery will ignite a matching verve.

Yes, she’s not afraid to go into the underworld and argue with Pluto (after all, she IS the Goddess who worked with Demeter to broker that deal that let Persephone come back to light for part of the year)

 Hecate is tough. She’s the watcher. She hangs out in doorways, waiting to offer her guidance. She won’t judge; she knows the darkest parts of us and will lead us to the light…we just cant be weird about it. Hecate wears a crown of light, a beacon for those that have lost their way.

The thing is that Hecate wasn’t always the Goddess associated with the Dark Moon. At one point she had been a Moon Goddess, associated with the New Moon full of hope. She was also associated with the Full Moon, resplendent in glorious, silvery light.

However, something changed. Perhaps her time in the Underworld shifted her so profoundly that she knew life in the dark was where she was needed.

Jessica Jones reminds me of Hecate. Jessica Jones had super powers to start with; she was a glorious super hero in her own right. However she didn’t become the guardian of the lost and the watcher in the dark until after her time with Kilgrave; that particular time spent in that hell left her transformed. While she came out of it stronger and avenged, she still carries the scars that make it possible to help those who can’t find their own way of the dark.

Where Hecate is in your chart is where you have to be your own superhero. Here is where you accumulate endless power that came at a very steep price. She’s a bit like Pluto, where your transformation leaves you stronger than you were to begin, and helps you access your superpowers. However Hecate in your chart shows where your inner Shaman is, your seer and witch and all-powerful turning point may be.

While we are still in the dark moon phase, ask her to help you channel your inner sage, your inner power that was born from a dark place; maybe you don’t want to revisit it…but to ignore how you GOT your power will keep you from owning it.

NEW MOON MAGICKS

So I generally think that during the New Moon phase is where you just chill out and let Mama Moon tell you what she wants you to know, to just allow here to whisper the message in your ear. If you go for New Moon rituals it’s a much better move (and one that respectfully lacks hubris) to wait until the day after the New Moon to do your do.

Another queue is to do the ruling planet of what sign the New Moon falls in. This New Moon is in Pisces, so check out both Jupiter (the ancient ruler of Pisces) and Neptune (the current ruler of Pisces). See where they are in your chart. If you don’t know go to Astro.com to look up this information.

Neptune can be dangerous here; Neptune requires you to have a strong inner core and a strong swimmers stroke if you are gonna dip in here to be reborn, and to be privy to the spiritual evolution this planet offers.

 It’s the Planet and God of Madmen and Mystics. After all, Mad Emperor Caligula declared war on the Sea and on Poseidon/Neptune. It’s just in the water. So do your Neptune in a sane way.

Jupiter is like the Ghost of Christmas Present, full of fun, well meaning and a generous, intuitive heart. That being said, Jupiter isn’t about to play small or stay home; Jupiter is the original rolling stone. Dear StarStruck,

So I’m a Pisces Sun, Sagittarius Moon, Capricorn Rising.

I write this cringing a bit. So I got really into the whole magic/priestess/goddess scene, built an alter and did the whole crystal/tarot card thing. I really wanted to get in touch with my inner witch, and especially during the eclipses I thought that this would be a great time for me to really dig into this side of myself. I was curious about tapping into my spirit guides and I also wanted to make contact with spirits; I suppose what I really wanted to do was to see how powerful I am, what powers I have. So I started channeling, being open and seeing what messages I would get. But now I’m a little regretful, because it’s a door that I don’t know how to close; a lot of weird things have come through that have freaked me out a bit. It’s nice to know that I have the ability to attract spirits who will talk to me but I’d like a little peace. How do I shut this ability off? How can I go back to what I was before?

Honestly, your predicament is common these days. I remember when I was younger and all the girls in my class wanted to play “the Craft” because being witchy looked so fun and cool. However, I always have known that if that aspect of spirit is treated like a game, then TRUST me when I tell you that they will play with you. Tapping into power isn’t about being showy; it’s about using said power for good, not for ego. When you are ready to use your power and ability for saving the day, then odds are high the big guns that will help you along the way will step in; in the meantime you have the lower energy spirits messing with you. How do you shut this off? Sage is always good, so is Palo Santo and imagining your space being blasted by white light. Melaluca oil (not the fake stuff mind you) and a wee bit of gin are also great for cleansing your home energetically. Also, when you feel those energies tapping at your door be polite about letting them know that you are no longer entertaining them and what they want from you. Be cordial, and invite them to go towards the light. And for goodness sakes, stop playing at stuff that is serious business. You gotta earn your bones my dear.

SOLAR ECLIPSE IN AQUARIUS – TUNING IN: MESSAGES FOR EACH SIGN

This Solar Eclipse is a live wire. There are a couple of reasons for this being the case, most importantly the fact that it’s happening in Aquarius, the cool rebel. James Dean? Aquarius.  David Bowie? Aquarius Rising. Ice, that slate eyed Jet from West Side Story? I’m certain that he MUST have been an Aquarius.

There is always something a bit apart with Aquarius energy. Yes, its old ruler was Saturn and current ruler is Uranus; I think both planets are a good fit here… Saturn, with the cold discerning eye and Uranus, that wild card vibe.

This Eclipse Uranus is strong in the lead, making moves all over this moon while this Solar Eclipse is leaning hard on Mercury. The Uranus/Mercury connection is strong; Uranus is the higher octave of Mercury. Where Mercury is strongly in the now, communicating and thinking, focusing and processing what’s happening, Uranus takes this information and goes far out into outer space with it. It’s real deal. Uranus is what happens when our antenna is standing up straight. Uranus is when we are tuned into the vibes, the electricity that the Universe is sending to us. This Solar Eclipse gives us the cojones to listen to the messages, and to do something about it. This Solar Eclipse will remind us of how divine we really are.

This eclipse totally kicked my ass, and I’m nervous about the Solar Eclipse in Aquarius on February 15. My life hasn’t fallen apart, but I’m feeling some kind of way about my past, and my love life.

I’m a smart woman in my 30’s who is usually driven and confident, but over the period of what you have been calling Eclipse Territory I’ve fallen into some boggy emotional ground. Venus being over the South Node brought some old love ghosts and now I can’t figure out if what’s happening is old love patterning or something real and fated.

There’s this guy that I work with that I feel this connection with; from the very start I’ve felt it. It’s electric. There are times when I can feel him looking at me…it’s almost as if he has me in thrall…if that’s even a thing. The thing is that when we talk he’s always talking about how busy he is, how he needs to make time in his life for “more”. Eclipses can do that thing that peels away all the veneer of supposedly smart human behavior and eventually makes us batty. That’s why that phrase “lunatic” or “loony” comes from…the moon makes them crazy (although I hate that term). I think that Venus on the South node has made us ALL a little bit like high school kids, brining back up old love issues and insecurities. At the same time, no one is braver emotionally when caught up in the passions of want. So the thing here is this; Men are usually super clear when they want a woman; however we currently live in a climate where I think some men are unsure about how to court a lady. That being said, I think that anything that feels compulsive or makes you feel as if you are in thrall is not healthy, and you need to pull back and think if it might be you who are the one who is casting this spell, or if it is indeed him. If it’s him, don’t worry about him; we can’t worry about how people think about us unless they come right out and tell us. Can someone have another under thrall? Absolutely; however there has to be some level of subterranean willingness on the part of the thrall-ee for this to be successful. Ultimately you have the power to break the spell if you so choose.

The hot question here is this; what is the trip through Eclipse Territory showing you about YOUR desires? At this point, we know that this is THE year for something big to bloom for most of us. LUNAR ECLIPSE IN LEO - THE GIRL WHO LOVED THE MOON

I have always loved Full Moons, tracking the night sky for that big ball of light. Growing up in NYC, it was a connection to nature that one doesn’t always find when surrounded by concrete and bright city lights. However, Eclipses always sparked my interest the most.

Often times people freak out at phrases like “Blood Moon” or “Eclipse”; these are all planetary activities that bring to mind images of war, natural catastrophes and other things that can mess up our well-ordered lives.

However, are our lives so well ordered? It’s nothing like being faced with the prospect of change that people become incredibly appreciative of the life that they have, or they wake up and realize that the life they are living just doesn’t fit anymore. Us mortals fear change, yet are terrified of not living their best possible life, of missing chances.

So what should you expect for THIS particular Lunar Eclipse? First off, I’d halt on doing any kind of accelerated shedding or “letting go”. You haven’t gotten the Lunar illumination yet; that’s the point of Full Moon’s and Lunar Eclipses; to get that bright light of awareness. Wait a few days after the Lunar Eclipse to do that burning/purging thing that we all like to do around the Letting Go rituals. Just wait, be patient and see what happens over the next few days.

What is the point of THIS particular Lunar Eclipse? To look at yourself. To fall back in love with WHO YOU ARE not whom you think you should be. It’s not about assigning value to yourself based on what other people value about you; who cares how anyone sees you? The only real opinion that matters on who you are is yours.

This Eclipse wants to see you shine so bright that it hurts the eyes of the Gods. This Eclipse wants you to break away from the status quo…and this is a shift that can be totally life altering for some of you. LUNAR ECLIPSE JANUARY 31- NAVIGATING THE LUNAR ECLIPSE TERRAIN

If one is looking for a potentially life changing experience, an Eclipse can usually do the job. When we enter Eclipse Territory, the terrain can be boggy, or deceptively star lit. It can feel like a voyage that we have no choice but to embark on. BTW, if you are a Cancer or a Leo, Eclipses (no matter WHAT sign they are in) will affect you guys more than any other zodiac sign. It’s because Cancer is the Moon, and Leo is the Sun; Eclipses are when the Sun and Moon meet up, or are screaming at each other from across the zodiac wheel.

That being said, this isn’t a doomsday-esq thing that I write of; folks are simultaneously afraid of change, and of staying the same. No one wants to feel as if life is passing them by…and no one wants to feel as if they have made the wrong choices. Eclipses will take ALL of that out of our hands, and will often make the decisions for us.  Like, we weren’t ready for the decisions and revelations that come up during our visit to this particular Eclipse Territory in the past; the Universe knows what it’s doing. Just trust it.

So. What can we do to prep?

1)   Drink water. Like GALLONS of it. Detox. We become super aware that we are mostly water during this period; hydrate your body, hydrate your soul.

2)   Expect to go a little crazy. La Luna wants you to. Listen to her.

3)   Listen to Binaural Beats (you can find some cool ones on YouTube) become like a tuning fork, vibrating with the universe.

4)   Trust your hunches and your dreams.

WEEKLY HOROSCOPES JANUARY 22-JANUARY 28 - SPEAK

Mercury is hot in the zodiac this week. Don’t sleep on the powers of Mercury y’all; don’t only pay attention to him when he’s Retrograde and causing trouble. Mercury can really grease the wheels if you pay him the right kind of attention. This week Mercury is fully ready to have those conversations and movements around your job/career/vocation that you didn’t have the space to have up until now. It’s a chatty fast paced week that will be anything but boring. Gird your loins and push your life into full throttle

HOW TO WIN THIS WEEK:

ARIES SUN/RISING: You aren’t at the whim of the Universe this week. WEEKLY HOROSCOPES FOR JANUARY 15-22

This week we have a pretty cool New Moon in Capricorn (in my opinion, the true New Year) and some other aspects that are going to shake things up a bit…but in a cool way. Creativity, expansion, courage and many ‘ah-ha” moments are ahead for us. Don’t be afraid of who you are; you’ll be shocking yourself. If you let it, it can be an incredibly liberating and exciting week. Don’t punk out now you guys; we’ve come too far to back out now.

HOW TO WIN THIS WEEK:

ARIES SUN/RISING: It’s a week of grand gestures and a certain amount of flair. If you’ve been a little too focused on being “good” of late, the energy of the week will give you that wiggle room that you have been angling for. The odd thing is that you are figuring out now is that there aren’t any real rules to chaff against, or anybody or thing chaining you down. Life is a series of cause/reaction scenarios; you ultimately make your own rules.

TAURUS SUN/RISING: This week you are pulling any odd imbalances in your primary relationships into line, and making sure that there’s nothing murky or whacky lingering in the shadows. It’s like you are shedding, and channeling a greater truth about your partnerships and alliances. This has to be done now, since you are standing on the precipice of a huge internal shift that will knock everyone’s socks off. This shift is making your heart beat faster, your focus sharper and your vibe searingly hot. Yes baby burn.

GEMINI SUN/RISING: You are making money moves this week on a grand level. Easy come easy go? Yes, in many ways this is true. You are tapping into the awareness that money is all about flow, and that there’s something infinitely sexy about this. We know you need freedom, and money can do this for you. However it’s also powerful. You are powerful. Be mindful of this combination. Feel this vibe and let it give you the fighting edge that you deserve.

CANCER SUN/RISING: Complacency is SO pre- 2015. You don’t do that, not anymore. Have a little survivor’s guilt? It’s normal but shake that off. This week will give you a crash course in awareness of how much you’ve grown, and how you can’t ever go back. You’ve seen too much. You know too much. You want too much to try to keep the status quo going. If you have stuff around worthiness or fear of success this week please acknowledge it.  It’s the last barrier, the last test. Next stop is freedom and that big win.

LEO SUN/RISING: If you think that you have forgotten or lost touch with a certain part of yourself, than the answer probably is yes. There’s nothing tragic about this; in the course of life some things need to shift to make room for other things to come in. However this week a certain heat comes back into your being, and it’ll give you new life. Let this energy vibrate through you and the very space around you. This will burn away any past life love connections, and create an all around hot, incendiary energy that feels like a rebirth.

VIRGO SUN/RISING: This week will carve an imprint into any ruts that you have living with. In some ways there’s been aspects of your life that has been like a lingering cold, a low-grade fever. However this week you’ll create an awareness of how draining this has truly been to your chi, your very life force. The culprit hasn’t been a lacking on anyone’s part…just some odd little truth that hasn’t been looked at closely enough. Have you been a little too jaded? CAPRICORN: Ah the star of the cosmos right now! You are like Wolverine, shape shifting, kicking ass and healing from battles at morph speed. Now this week is time to pay attention to your image, and how you might seem to the world at large. Believe it or not, this really matters. It’s because you have stopped wondering and wandering through your life trying to figure out what you SHOULD be doing. Rather, it’s a week to figure out who you are for now. AQUARIUS SUN/RISING: You are all about a fresh image, a new way of how you seem and how you behave. This is awesome. However you’ve got some work to do, and that’s to finish clearing out your subconscious of the fears, doubts and other nasty things that lurk in your mind, squatting and not paying rent. PISCES SUN/RISING: This week is ideal to pay attention to your clan and groups of friends. WEEKLY HOROSCOPES JANUARY 1-8 2018

Welcome to the new world.  We start off the year, the month, the week with a whole new peak at what is before us. The last few weeks of December had us aggressively working on clarity, of knowing what we will put up with and what we won’t.

However sometimes it’s all about the micro.

We kick off the week (year and month) with a Full Moon in Cancer. This week is one that can feel wild; our emotions can easily run the show. Folks that say “feelings aren’t facts” might have to bite their tongue. In some ways, this week can feel like a Festivus event…an airing of grievances…or even like a Yom Kippur….a period of atonement. The latter is unlikely, but needs to be considered. That being said, the power of passion and emotions can easily make this week transformative; it can give you edge to get over a great divide, to make a bold leap. Getting in touch with certain emotions, some family truths being revealed, talks about passion are all things to expect. Never the less, this week has great potential to be a catalyst of great and awe-inspiring change.

HOW TO WIN THIS WEEK:

ARIES SUN/RISING: This week had you begin with a realization around your family and home. It was one you knew was coming, but you weren’t expecting the kind of reaction that you were having towards the whole thing. Your feelings can shift a whole dynamic. Over the weekend you’ll have a serious momentum around work and your street cred. Be bold and let your ambition take the reins.

TAURUS SUN/RISING: If there are petty social and work politics that are boiling over into something potentially nasty, just sideswipe the messiness; this week will give the chance to view folks in a different light, good and bad. However the Universe really wants you to pay attention to any seemingly winsome urges or thoughts. These odd tidbits of thought will give you a window into what you really need to know.

GEMINI SUN/RISING: You’ll need to get real about your money situation at the very start of this week. You’ll get a real awareness around money, what you value and how deeply you allow yourself to be valued. The universe is then going to ask you how your deepest partnerships are doing these days. LEO SUN/RISING: You are beginning to feel the stirrings of happiness and a juicy sensuality that had been MIA for the past few years. You actually may have thought it was gone for good. This week you’ll get the psychic flashes that will give you the why. You can take it as the universe explaining why it took the plot of your life in the direction that it did. There’s something visionary about what comes your way and into your psyche.

VIRGO SUN/RISING: This Full Moon and start of the week (month, year) has you opening up the doors to feel fully self-expressed, and aware of what you are truly communicating to others. This week also starts of f with amazing promise in all matters around love, sex and playfulness. It’s a great way to embrace the gifts of the year ahead.

LIBRA: You can easily intuit the possibility of imbalances and mega dramatics. You don’t really have the patience for it now (c’mon now, you always like to watch a little bit of drama). CAPRICORN SUN/RISING: This week has you doing a complete and utter overhaul of relationships and partnerships. JANUARY HOROSCOPES - A NEW COURSE

Well, January 2018 isn’t messing around! We are starting off the year with clarity and an awareness that we may not have had in years prior. We start off the year (week, month) with a bombastic, ostentatious Full Moon in Cancer that triggers a week of passions, catharsis and surges of rut breaking energies. The rest of the month keeps that vibe going, with the month ending in a Lunar Eclipse in Leo (that’s going to be a WHOLE other post, so stay tuned). Basically don’t expect to catch your breath this month. Be all in.

HOW TO WIN THIS MONTH:

ARIES SUN/RISING: This month is all about the quiet build. While everyone else is madly scrambling or doing Goddess only knows what, you will be slowly slaying your goals. The interesting thing is that it’s on such a deep, subliminal level that you won’t be truly conscious of what you are doing until after. You are building solid foundations these days; you can sense that bizarre period of rockiness that has been happening for nearly a decade is coming to a close. NEW MOON IN SAGITTARIUS – A SPECTACULAR FEAT

I’m loving this New Moon. At first glance, it’s a possibly downtrodden New Moon.

Why? Because it’s in Sagittarius conjunct Saturn while Mercury is RX in Sagittarius as well.

However, this New Moon deserves a closer look; like many things of magic, it deserves a closer look.

This Mercury RX made me nostalgic, as Retrogrades tend to do. I’ve been looking over pictures of my travels, thinking about where I want to go next, places I have been that I have loved.

I keep coming back to Barcelona. It’s such a beautiful and odd little city. It’s a city where one can go walking along ancient cobblestone streets that the Roman Centurions marched on, and cruising around the magnificent architectural experiment of Park Guell.  I feel like this city, in some ways, can represent the beauty of this New Moon.

We are still roaming around the past…this isn’t a bad thing. We need to allow closure…not wallow (omg please no wallowing) we need to build upon the past with proper respect and reverence. What pieces of a long ago past is still alive and well and breathes with value can we have in our lives?

What freedom can we carve out for ourselves?

This New Moon is also conjunct Venus with a dashing trine to Uranus. How does Uranus come into play?

Well, it’s Park Guell. It’s the instincts, the inspiration and the grand wild vision to create something of magic. It’s something that no one has EVER seen before. It’s something that had only ever existed inside of a dream.

We are given the energetic tools to create, to build, to shock and to be free.

We are being challenged to be totally free.

This requires work and planning. Long term planning. This is where Saturn in Sagittarius, conjunct this New Moon, is licking his chops. This is where he really shines and will give you as much help as you are open to.

Consider this New Moon to be solid footing to create something amazing for 2018. Consider this New Moon to be a parting gift from Saturn in Sagittarius.
