good morning/afternoon/evening readers ! this is cait with the californiahq. we have an interview with someone we hope to see on our screens more in the coming years. the THIRTY-year-old DEANNA ROBBINS - who is really starting to catch people's attention - talks about growing up, life in general, love and love loss, and the juicy tidbits of living life in la as an ACTRESS(who looks a little like emily rudd if you squint). you're going to wanna read this!

0 0 3 . she tries to treat everyone the way she'd like to be treated. often one to view the world through rose-tinted glasses she tries to stay optimistic and see the best in everyone. generally seen as an ambivert. deanna's still trying to keep her brand clean and doesn't go out of her way to get involved in drama or make a display of herself. she has a tendency to be impulsive much to some of her agent's and management's dismay but it's never been anything damaging. she's terrified at the idea of failing people and on all accounts is a bit of a romantic.

0 0 4 . arthur robbins and kara boyd are high school sweet hearts from detroit, michigain , when arthur joined the navy fresh out of high school kiara waited then followed where he went. the pair married at the age of twenty-one in michigain and while stationed in duval county, florida they welcomed there only child deanna. spoiled out the hospital she had her parents wrapped in her tiny pinky finger. she doesn't have any memories of living in florida and limited ones when they were relocated to the texas coast for a period of time. by the time she started school they were in new york and the young girl hadn't started to yet grasp that friendships were going to be difficult until they were gone again when she was seven.

deanna became reluctant to get close to people often citing her mother as her only friend. she started to make a game out of it crafting a different persona each place they moved. when they made it made to detroit she was an artist (though she wasn't good), for the fleeting moment they were in london she was a tomboy (even though she wasn't overly fond of sports), and the list went on until she was sixteen and taking drama at the latest school was when she started figuring out what she really wanted to do it was what she had been doing all along.

it was almost by luck when her father was stationed in california when she was seventeen, she begged her parents to see things from her point of view and give their blessings for her pursue acting as a career when they did and helped find her the right representation deanna was over the moon. she started taking acting classes and properly bracing herself for the craft. at eighteen her father retired and her parents moved back to detroit while deanna moved to la in an apartment that was her own, it wasn't much and she found work at diner before any call backs but she was felt she was where she was meant to be. she became close to another resident in the building an actor, the pair became thick as thieves in a short amount of time often finding themselves on the living room floor running lines, eating take out food, and making promises of better things together. she started feeling a less than platonic way about him but she never really sought out to ask if it was something reciprocated, he got his break first and tried to hold fast to his promise the pair had made on a living room floor. but after a wrap party for the project and harsh words from girls in a bathroom deanna ended whatever the pair had going on and their friendship. it took her until she was twenty-three before she was actually looked at and people started taking her seriously and she's been working on anything she felt some sort of passion for and would allow her to be a part of. seven years and a handful of credits (and even more commercials from her earlier time in la) she's still no closer to getting a better grip on how to handle some of the recognition she gets.

tries to be a plant mom but is only a mom to a home of lies and fake plants. not so secret nerd, will talk your ear off if given an reason to talk about video games or comics. still has some of her art from her art phase, she's not a fan of it but it's still fun to look at. likes horror movies and action ones, not overly fan of romantic but can be won over with comedy as well. loves baking and has made it an almost ritual to bake cupcakes for the first day on the actual set. reads when given the chance and listens to podcast when she flies out anywhere. has a full cabinet for strictly tea and coffee. tries to visit her parents when/if granted every eight months. keeps every letter she gets from the agency addressed to her by fans in a drawer in her office.
