lunch @ 2:30 pm : 15 raspberries (15 cal), AHA Citrus + Green Tea Sparkling Water (0 cal), Kadhi Pakora (125 cal)
dinner @ 6:00 pm : 1 carrot stick (35 cal), 1/3 of a cucumbr (11 cal), 1 1/8 cups of grren lentils (261 cal), 1/3 cup of air fried pork (73 cal)
after dinner snacl @ 6:30 pm : a small gala apple (65 cal), blueberry & acai fruit strip (50 cal)
snack @ 10:00 pm : apple sauce packet (50 cal), blueberry & acai fruit strip (50 cal), weird homemade sugar cookie dough with water, flour and stevia (28 cal)
total calories consumed : 763
total calories burnt : 543
net calories : 220
today i ran 4 miles burning 405 calories. it seems that at about an 11 minute pace (slow i know) i burn the most calories per mile. i also did the chole ting ab workout and a inner thigh workout burning about 138 calories. i actually pretty well today so i am happy about that but my mini night binges need to stop bc i should not eat so close to bed. i am going to start drinking sleepy tea to go to bed earlier to prepare for school. today kinda sucked though bc all my frineds were already at college partying together and i felt really left out. all of break i have felt pretty shitty bc it seems like my friends dont like me or dont wanna talk to me so this def didnt help. only two more weeks at home tho so i hope it gets better.

lunch @ 2:50 pm : 6 in banana (90 cal)
snack @ 4:45 pm : tall green tea no sweetener from starbucks (0 call)
dinner @ 6:00 pm : chipotle bowl with cauliflower rice, sofritas, fajita veggies, tomato salsa, corn salsa, and lettuce ( 310 cal), 4 cheese mexican cheese low fat 2 tablespoons (40 cal)
snack @ 8:00 pm : lightly salted rice cake (40 cal), 1 tablespoon of dark chocolate hummus (30 cal), 10 raspberries (10 cal)
snack @ 11:10 pm : aldi fruit strip (50 cal), 2 trader joes vanilla merengue cookies (45 cal)
total calories consumed : 615
total calories burnt : 193
net calories : 412
so today i didnt run because i thought i would do 3 days on and 1 day off for my running schedule. instead i did an inner thigh workout, an ab workout, and a full body workout. i also did some shopping today so i got to walk around a good bit. i am so excited to go back to school so i can eat less and move around more. i think today was good for the fact i didn’t run. i love chipotles new cauliflower rice and it really let me have a super low cal meal that was super filling, def recommend. i am embarrassed that i ate so late at night esp bc it wasnt too soon before i went to bed. i will do better tomorrow.

lunch @ 4:00 pm : matcha green tea with cranberry and lime (2 cal), 3in diameter fuji apple (109 cal)
dinner @ 6:40 pm : 6 grilled asperagus (43 cal) , 6 oz of pork loin with wine sauce (252 cal), homemade scallowed potatoes 1 cup (288 cal)
melatonin @ 7:40 pm : 2 gummies (20 cal)
snack @ 9:00 pm: 6 in banana (90 cal)
total calories consumed : 804
total calories burnt : 533
net calories : 271
so today was good and bad. i increased my pace for 4 miles but only burnt 396 calories doing so, maybe slower is better idk. i did 25 min of a "gym workout". these focused on my inner thighs and abs bc tehyre my biggest insecurites. they burned about 137 calories. today i did so much better with night time binging. i think a banana below 100 calories and a ton of water or maybe some tea is the perfect late night snack for me. my dinner was a lot of food but it was all homemade and relatively helathy bc my dad is diabetic. i will be getting some meltonin with less calories tomorrow bc it is a waste of 20 calories. i found out i am going back to school th 29th so i will be able to control my meals much better without having my parent analyzing everything i eat.

dinner @ 6:45 pm : 2/3 cup kale (22 cal), 2/3 cup spinach (5 cal), 1/2 cup jasmati rice (150 cal), 2 tbsp of pickled red onions (18 cal), 2 shiitake mushrooms (12 cal), 1/3 cup roasted broccoli (10 cal), 2/3 cup sweet chili tofu (107 cal),  juice from 1/2 lime (10 cal), 1/4 cup charred corn (32 cal), 2 grilled asperagus (14 cal), 1/8 large red bell pepper (6 cal), 1/2 cup of chickpeas (120 cal), 1 tbsp of reduced fat mexian cheese (40 cal)
“snack” @ 7:45 pm : 3 melatonin gummies (30 cal)
snack @ 8:50 pm : 14 vanilla wafer bites (140 cal), chewy dark chocolate cherry granola bar (150 cal)

okay so clearly today wasnt as good as yesterday but at least my net calories was below 600 :) today i ran 4.01 miles which burnt 409 calories. i also did an inner thigh workout and the chloe ting abs workout. these burnt about 137 cals. i think i will try and do these two videos every day for the next two weeks to see if i get anywhere. i got up earlier today and i think doing that will be beneficial to my weight loss but i just need to stop the late night binge. dinner has to be my last meal of the day. the seltzers i got today wil definitely help me avoid bingeing in addition to using melatonin to go to bed earlier.

snack @ 8:55 pm: homemade raspberry sorbet 2.5 cups (40 cal)
snack @ 10:35 pm: 1 vanilla mereigne from trader joes (22 cal), 15 pita chips stacys brand (195 cal)
total calories consumed: 726
total calories burnt: 546
net calories: 180
today i woke up around 11:30 am and i just wanted to get my life together. it wasn't very nice out but i went on a 4 mile run which burnt 409 calories. i wasn't very fast but i was still proud of myself for going. when i got home i did a 15 min inner thigh workout and a 10 min lower ab workout. these together burnt about 137 calories (rough estimate bc i cant afford a watch that tracks it).  i didn't eat until later because i began an 18 hour fast at 10:30 pm yesterday. overall today went well but i would like to eat less carbs and more veggies. i know eating this low of calories wont last long for me but i was proud. i just need to start waking up earlier and not binging as much late at night, its fucking embarassing.
