Pushed through by McCain. Signed by Obama. Behind closed doors. ...You know, there was an old legend about a massive serpentine underwater lynx, who guarded its copper fiercely. It would be quite fun to see McCain, Obama, and Cameron devoured by such a creature. I imagine it would look like this:
