 He even replicated Luigi’s anxious humming and screaming to a T! That takes some serious effort! Woah, this Boo’s a musical genius! Now, King Boo waited; a dopey tongue hanging out, waiting for her reply - he was sure that his brilliant composition was enough to tug at her undead heartstrings.

Ah, yes. Nothing delighted the spirit more than the delightful and harmonious sounds of a piano, or organ. When played just right, it could simply warm the heart and--

Wait. Being a pianist, she realized this sound wasn’t something akin to a graceful melody, a classical masterpiece. No, this sounded like... Well, to put it bluntly, NOT music. Forcing a smile upon her ghostly features, Melody steepled her fingers together.

Should she be honest? Critiquing people on their musical advancements was something she excelled at, but it’s not like you could say “this doesn’t even sound like music” to the king of the boos. She supposed, it’s not like King Boo could do anything, right?  She was already dead. But still, she really didn’t want to risk anything.

“Um... Y-You’ve made a tiny bit of progress, yes, your majesty! I’m... impressed.” Such a quiet voice from someone with a bit of a temper. If she wasn’t referring to King Boo, her temper may have flared a bit by now.“But, if I may, please try not to- Err....” How could she say ‘Don’t do everything you just did’ without being rude?
