!! FUTURE WEEK !! 

In the spirit of getting back into a consistent flow of activity, we wanted to kick this week off with a new event! While we’ve addressed the ooc, we want to let our members formally know, as well as any prospective members, that we are truly in this for the long haul. We understand that we are in extraordinarily difficult times and that sometimes the outside world can effect our muse. However, we fully believe in this rpg and its integrity to survive. More importantly, we believe in and value our members, which is why we are determined to make this work. We’re looking forward to getting back into the swing of things and getting a more consistent flow of activity on the dash.  

That said, this week’s event is supposed to be fun! Of course future week falls into a form of AU, as we cannot fully predict what our characters will be doing several years form now, but we love being able to give members the opportunity to explore what that looks like. Plots for future week can include, but are not limited to: 

life after the war (either side being in power) 

marriage/children/etc 

career changes or legacies created 

growth/transformation in any form 

As always, feel free to get creative and if it scopes the realm of AU that is absolutely okay, we only ask that it stays focused on the future. We’d like to also note that we will be doing an AU week in the near future! If you have any questions, please feel free to shoot either admin a message via discord or the main!

TASK TIME !! 

Hiya lovely members, it’s time for our next task! For task number four we’re asking you to focus on your character’s families. This can include anything having to do with families, including graphics or written posts. We’re including a few ideas: 

Family Trees: if your character has taken family members in the rpg, get together with the other mun(s) and come up with a family tree! Feel free to use untaken faceclaims or faceless icons in a graphic, or write about the different members of the family. 

Family History: similar to above, but more detailed and having to do with the history of the family ( where they originated, migrated, married, notable members and/or events ). 

Family Headcanons: this option could include writing headcanons about your characters role(s) in their family, how they feel about their family members, how their relationships have changed with family, or snippets of their past. 

Family’s of Choice: of course we know some of our characters either don’t have biological family connections or might not even know their past, as well as some that are estranged, so muns are more than welcome to take this task in the direction of made families instead! 

You are welcome to do any combinations of these options or come up with your own! As always, we look forward to seeing what you come up with! Please take all related posts with #stellarptask04 !

Plot Updates

The Story So Far...

April 6th (2019) - James Potter’s funeral was held in Godrics Hollow Cemetery. At the same time, the Death Eater’s staged an attack in Diagon Alley. However, it was intercepted by the Order, as one of their double agents (Helena Rosier), gave them a heads up to their plans. The Order became privy to Peter’s betrayal, though they were not aware of the extent of things. 

 A week later, Peter Pettigrew was arrested for the murder of James Potter, however, due to insufficient evidence, he was released 48 hours later. Marlene McKinnon ran into him which resulted in her physically assaulting him. This resulted in her arrest but as Sirius posted bail, she was released. 

 On May 8th, there was a political fundraiser for the Lestrange Campaign, held that one of the Black Estates. Everything was going swimmingly until magical beings showed up in red robes and gold masks. While it was assumed to be The Order of the Phoenix, there has been no proof to solidify that theory. No one was harmed in the attack, though extensive property damage did occur, including a fire within the estate. 

While everyone focused on the attack, Lily Evans (The Order Leader) kidnapped one Ted Tonks and brought him back to an Order safe house. Keeping him in the basement, she, Kingsley Shacklebolt, Sirius Black, and Molly Prewett interrogated him with a truth serum. Between the four of them, they found out this information: 

Peter Pettigrew sought out Bellatrix with the intention of gaining money and power by feeding her information about The Order. 

Bellatrix ordered him to lure James into the trap that ultimately killed him. Peter did so knowingly, though Bellatrix wiped his memory due to the overwhelming guilt he felt afterwards, and to ensure that she covered her tracks.

Andromeda Black came up with the plot to kill James, but she was not the one to carry it out. 

Lastly, Ted gave gave up that a McKinnon was the one to actually kill James, but before he could name which one, the serum wore off. 

When Lily went to get more truth serum, she discovered that the supply had been destroyed. This of course, only made Marlene look more suspicious being the only one outside of the aurors who knew of the plot to interrogate Ted. Going forward, each of the investigators, and Marlene & Sebastian McKinnon will be interrogated as persons of interest. What the Order doesn’t realise is that the Death Eater’s have double agents working for them as well, and it was one of theirs that destroyed the supply (Josephine Flint). 

Ted was released unharmed, memory wiped (despite the interrogators changing their voices & leaving on their robes and masks), 48 hours later.
