Made homemade cookie dough so I can bake them tomorrow. Refrigerating your dough overnight works wonders. Until I tried it I never thought it was necessary, now I refuse to make cookies without refrigerating the dough first. If I remember I’ll post pictures of the cookies tomorrow 🥰

The holidays are definitely my favorite time year. It makes my little trad heart scream. I dream of having a trad 1950s themed Thanksgiving or Christmas one year where everyone dresses in 50s clothes and we listen to 50s Christmas music on vinyl. Hopefully I’ll find more friends that are into 50s trad so it’ll be just as fun for them and we can turn it into a yearly tradition. The thought of it truly brings me joy! ❤️

I want to be like this with my husband. Casually relaxing at his feet. It just seems so much more comfortable down there. I can’t wait until this is my life. In his lap or at his feet will be where you can always find me.

So tired of trad accounts that are supposedly religious being filled with pointless and unwarranted hate and judgement. Being judgmental and angry and hateful while following Jesus doesn’t work. I just saw an account being fatphobic and they tried justifying it by saying they’re Christian and it’s based in their Christian beliefs. This is genuinely one of the reasons why I don’t come on this account anymore. People are so delusional and hate filled. People and posts like that are why trad people and Christians get so much hate. People say idiotic and judgmental things and try to hide behind beliefs that don’t actually back what they’re saying. The people who aren’t judgmental and hateful get hate based on the ignorant people who say stupid things and hide behind their “beliefs.” I can go into how I believe a lot of trad people solely want to have a “traditional lifestyle” just because they believe it’s an excuse to be horrible people, but I can’t be bothered. I think a lot of “religious” people also do the same thing, but again I can’t be bothered.
