I’m really excited to work on doing StephCass week in 2024! I’m so happy I came across your blog because I’ve been wanting to write StephCass for ages but never had a reason to, but I’m super hyped now!

Stephcass week is going to be on the week commencing the 28th of October so your date is absolutely fine! I’m planning on joining this event too!

Cassandra Cain Week/Event Interest Check

I'm wondering if anyone would be interested in a Cassandra Cain week/event!!!

I feel like she's pretty popular right now and especially with the new ongoing coming out i think it could be really good.

I don't think we would do it right away because there's a stephcass week event going on at some point (@stephcassweek) and i don't think it should clash with that but I'm thinking sometime around January 26th (celebrating Cass's birthday :D) would be good.

It would of course be open to people who write fanfic and make fan art, but also to people who make playlists, mood boards, web weaves, edits, and other stuff too! Also meta and reviews of favorite Cass comics are welcome too :)

There will probably be prompts but they won't be strict things that you have to follow. We'll probably announce prompts early so people have time to plan and work on their stuff!

This is the account running Stephcass week 2024, and I’m Zel! The week will run from the 28th of October to the 3rd of November, using the prompts below. Feel free to do as few or as many prompt as you would like, and post the work on the day of the prompt.

Thursday 31st: On the case/undercover/Halloween

hihi im gonna be a creator :3 (artist). sending an ask as well as my tags but i would say the deadline should be sometime in october (or even later). the last week of august would def be a bit too soon for creators, especially since schools starting up right now for a lot of people. plus having more time between rn and the deadline would get more people to see it and hopefully participate so more creations :))))

Lol yeah my goal was to avoid school/college/uni term time but I didn’t think through speed so yeah lol! Probably going to do another poll with oct/nov

I’ve never participated in a fandom week thing but is it okay if I just write/draw for it unpartnered? I’m concerned that I wouldn’t finish in time and leave someone hanging 😭

Omg wait is that how ppl have been taking it????? That’s not what it means lol it’s just that you can choose one of the prompts which are ‘partnered’ by vibe you don’t need to work with anyone! I’m gonna reword that real quick

Idk how you feel about changing prompts now but I would've switched galas (which is a quite popular prompt and was used many times already) to something more connected to wedding like future/marriage/kids. Anyways I really wait for the whole project!

Right now the prompt list is set I think! The idea linking weddings and galas is like drawing Stephcass in fancy outfits and stuff also I’ve never done a prompt thing in this fandom and I want to draw galas
