Workin on telling myself that it’s ok to take 4 hours for chores that take non-disabled ppl 30 mins or less
I did laundry today, and I took 3 long breaks while putting the sheets and covers back on my bed. The important thing isn’t how long it took me, but the fact I finished the chore before bedtime (I’m not always successful with that lol)
