Does anyone know a good platform where you can share descriptions of your characters and stories?  I’m a noob at building websites, but I have seen some alternatives.  It might help me ward off some of the FAQs I’ve been getting.

It’s kind of embarrassing that I don’t draw her enough, but this here is Powla, the main character of Malignant Remedy.  She’s a crafty lil demi-orphan who is obsessed with magic.  But when she realizes she can’t conjure spells she resorts to prestidigitation instead.

Here are a few conceptual doodles of Zephry’s older sister and the book-people she creates.  She’s a witch of sorts and her specialization is Recognesense Magic, a controversial branch of magic that involves the anthropomorphisation of personal objects by utilizing the memories attached to them.  Many magic scholars oppose this form of sorcery, because they argue whether the objects in question count as sentient beings even though their personalities are only partial duplicates of their previous owners.

Zephry’s sister mainly experiments with historical archives and journals and has conjured numerous book-people over the years. Though unfortunately the vast majority of them share the consciences of scribes as opposed to the desired authors.

And yeah, I am only referring to her as “Zephry’s sister” for now because I don’t have a name for her yet.

Here’s another character from Malignant Remedy.  

This time it’s a lil sketch of Sir William Mort Runby, a distinguished dignitary who flaunts his knighthood and the sole beneficiary of old-money which he pretends he earned himself.  He is the newly elected president of the Inventors’ Guild and is in the pocket of the ultra-conservative politician, Schauz Heintzman - working closely with him to build weapons for the anticipated civil war. Both he and Vincent Dell (the famous illusionist) were alumnus of the same university and after suffering numerous pranks by Dell he declared himself Vincent’s enemy.  But since Vincent’s death, he transferred that loathing towards Zephry, Vincent’s closest friend.
