Omega Gale hcs I've had on my mind for a while:

● He lies about his secondary sex on his military form and gets away with it wearing his dad's (alpha) scented clothes.

● While in flight school, he manages to keep his scent covered bc of the close proximity of other alphas/betas (yk freshly 18 teenage boys STINK and Gale uses that to his advantage to hide himself!!)

● He saves up his mandatory leave time each month and always takes it at the same time. Everyone thinks it's good old Gale Cleven "need for schedule and routine" planning, but he's secretly using it to hide his heats.

● Only Bucky knows bc during their roommate days, Gale accidentally let a cuddly Bucky get too close to his scent gland. Bucky swore not to tell anyone and doesn't look at Gale any different bc of it.

● Despite covering his status, Gale always gives in to nature and somehow always takes on the partenal role for younger recruits, and they're all extremely fond of him and see him as their guardian/protector.

(With some proof)

● The stalag is Gale’s hardest time bc he can't conceal himself as easily, and his status becomes known very quickly.

● His heats are especially brutal bc he is robbed of basic supplements and suppressors and it's the first time he allows (begs yk) Bucky to help him through it. He swears it's just as buddies, as pals, even if Gale had subconsciously staked his claim on Bucky back in school.

● It’s a complete breakdown of Gale’s ego and pride, and that poster-boy perfect alpha persona he had spend his whole life building and it doesn't help that Bucky’s in his ear always talking about breaking out/getting free/etc while Gale is trying to keep a whole camp alive on the trust he doesn't deserve from them anymore for all of his lies 😩
