To me gorgug is a transmasc who was desperately just trying to pass in the first season, wore baggy clothes, chose barbarian cause it seemed masculine (OR he started T and is struggling to control newfound anger, because no I am not afraid to project onto fictional characters) then started to come into his own, got comfortable with a version of masculinity that wasn’t destructive - just the opposite: in junior year he’s crafting and fixing things for his friends, handyman style. He gets more comfortable, and wears things he likes instead of what would look inconspicuous. Ty for coming to my Ted Chej talk.

HI i drew this for the dimension 20 calendar and it made me fall, impossibly, even more in love with dropout as a company.
misfits and magic is one of my all time favorite seasons. it’s so healing to watch as a queer person who grew up loving the wizarding world. and the fact i was asked to put “fuck terfs” five times into an illustration of kids flying around on brooms, rules, and i’ll never get over it
